I am so grateful for all the help and reassurance Kelly and her team gave me in selling my property on the Marina. Kelly was instrumental in progressing the selling process forward and I would recommend using the Dawsons Marina branch.

We have finally completed our purchase of a fabulous property in the Maritime Quarter. The whole process was overly long and drawn out, super stressful due to the vendor's incompetent solicitors. Thank goodness for the team at Dawsons who did their best to support us and get this deal done in very trying circumstances!! Thanks ladies (Kelly, Lisa and Aysha) for the constant chasing and updating - it was worth it in the end and we really appreciate all your hard work.

Been a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!

We would highly recommend this estate agent, particularly Ben & Lewis who kept us updated at every stage of our move. They weren’t even our estate agent (they were the agents for the property we were buying)! They kept in touch with solicitors, other estate agents & clients in order to keep the chain moving as quickly as possible and recommended surveyors, etc. They are efficient, reliable & helpful & we will definitely use this estate agent in the future!!!

We have just sold our property there were a few hiccups initially, we felt with Lewis and Ben both very professional in their field, although we had angry moments with Lewis, he was able to work very hard for us so we didn’t loose our property, he was always pleasant and very understanding through the stressful process. By far the best estate agent I have dealt with. I changed my mind about selling as it turned out to feel like a bigger decision than I originally thought. They did everything they could to help me, and did find me a buyer. I was really sorry things didn't work out. All the staff at the Clitheroe branch were very hot on everything, very good at communicating, staying in touch and explaining things I had no idea about. All in all a very professional, very kind and supportive team
