GoogleI would highly recommend Dawsons estate agents in Killay .David and all the team were professional and helpful throughout the whole process . The regular updates by e mail and telephone were very helpful as we knew what was happening every step of the way . The whole team made an emotional and stressful time with the sale of my late Dad’s house a little easier particular as we didn’t live locally . Excellent services and team !

GoogleSince taking over the property, they have been fantastic. Much better then the last company. Everyone has been more then helpful and have gone up and over on everything. Would recommend to anyone looking to be a landlord. They handled the change of tenants incredibly well. Including doing the required maintenance to get it ready for re letting.

GoogleI would like to thank Dawsons especially my agent Ms. Sarah Lewis. All my follow up were answered politely and they are very responsive to all my queries. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained though there are some imperfections noted as it was obviously not a newly built house, but all are mentioned and documented in the inventory list but I couldn’t ask for more. Our entire letting experience with Dawsons was so fast and easy. If you are new in this place and looking for a place to rent, better yet try with a letting agency like Dawsons to save you from all the hassles like thinking of how to apply for electricity, water supply etc.

GoogleExtremely helpful team who have been incredibly patient and responsive to a number of queries throughout our tenancy. We have extended our stay mostly because of the agency and our agent Alex, who really helped us during our search for accommodation. As foreigners who just moved to the UK, we contacted every agency possible and Dawsons were the only ones that sympathized with our situation and helped us through a really challenging time. Highly recommend and good luck to anyone trying to find a place in Swansea (definitely need it)!

GoogleWe have finally completed our purchase of a fabulous property in the Maritime Quarter. The whole process was overly long and drawn out, super stressful due to the vendor's incompetent solicitors. Thank goodness for the team at Dawsons who did their best to support us and get this deal done in very trying circumstances!! Thanks ladies (Kelly, Lisa and Aysha) for the constant chasing and updating - it was worth it in the end and we really appreciate all your hard work.
