GoogleHave used Dawsons for a house sale and a house purchase, chose to sell due to website appeal, and great looking listings. Then found the staff to be professional and eager to help and facilitate. I don't mind the fees if I get a fair price and buy for a fair price, this plus courteous service. 5* so far.
