We were fortunate to find a buyer via word of mouth, so we didn't have an estate agent ourselves. Unfortunately, our Buyers Solicitor and Our Solicitor were extremely slow, and I constantly had to chase them for an update - my phone calls would usually go unanswered. We purchased an apartment through Dawsons, and we were very impressed with their efficiency. We were able to view the apartment twice in a week, when we wanted to, On top of that, Lisa, Kelly and Viv always answered my emails, and answered my phone calls & queries as soon as they could. Without them chasing the Solicitors up for me ( something they did not have to do for us since they weren't involved in the Sale of our house ) the move would have taken twice as long. I knew I could rely on them to help out and give advise. My father and I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Dawsons Mumbles Branch provided a fantastic service throughout the sale of my property. Early on Sam and Andrea were able to give us a realistic valuation and put together an excellent brochure. The manager Emma was always on hand if advice was needed and was punctual when providing updates. Carol and Andrea always gave honest feedback after viewings which they carried out for us. Many thanks to Andrea for liaising with all parties, giving us a successful sale.

I was really happy with the service Sarah provided, not once have I had to chase on anything and she always provided me with regular updates and responded practically instantly if I did have a question on anything. I was a bit dubious about using a big chain estate agents in the beginning but I have been really pleased with the service from start to finish. This has probably been my best experience with an estate agent in the 5 years I have been renting my property.

Found the perfect property online for my son. Contacted Dawsons and spoke to Rebekah to arrange a viewing. In spite of me being away from home, she promptly arranged a viewing for my so to see the property. Following the viewing I put down a deposit to reserve what my son considered to be the perfect property for him. Needing to visit the property to do some measurement, Rebekah was happy to arrange this for me. We asked for the "move in date" to be brought forward which was happily agreed. Happily, my son moved in on the agreed date without a hitch. During the whole process Rebekah was friendly, respectful, helpful, understanding and at all times, was most professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Dawsons thanks to Rebekah.

I found the ladies at Sketty to be so helpful and would always keep me informed of everything that was happening regarding the sale of my property. I dealt a lot with Helen, Natalie and Sian. I liked them bringing examples of properties in the area that they had dealt with recently to give an idea of the prices in the area on the initial meeting. Although I had an idea of price myself, this helped me decide and I am pleased to say that I received my full asking price. Although my main contact was Helen, it was a complete team effort and every one of them should be thanked and I do thank them all. They are an example of an efficient office. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Julie, Corey and Nicola (auction team) provided an exceptional service with quick and satisfactory results. From the very start of the process they provided all the information needed, especially for someone who has never been through the auction process before. I can highly recommend this branch of Dawson's. During a rather emotional upsetting time of selling my house due to a relationship break down the girls were nothing but supportive, helpful, reassuring, and answering any questions. After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.
