GoogleHorrible horrible people. Rented a flat on top of my shop to a drug addict who plays very very loud music and disturbing all my team and all my customers. Also the smell of drugs everywhere and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it .

Throughout my year-long tenancy, they've been incredibly responsive and proactive, especially with maintenance issues. The entire team, with a special mention to the maintenance staff, has been consistently professional and helpful. Karen, who conducts quarterly inspections, deserves a special mention for her delightful demeanor and respectful approach. She always takes the time to chat and catch up, which I truly appreciate. My time in this flat has been wonderful, thanks in large part to the dedicated team at Dawsons. I couldn't be more grateful for their contribution to making my tenancy here so enjoyable.
