I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. On a number of occasions I have needed something very quickly and I felt as though all hands were on deck to help find a solution and exactly what I needed. So, thank you so much to the team in Mumbles...... In my opinion, you stand out from anyone else :-)

Throughout the whole rental process everyone was extremely polite and helpful at all times. Whenever I had a query, it was dealt with immediately and always efficiently. I have rented my property out through Dawsons for three years. My reason for choosing Dawsons was because of their marketing reach and their strong presence in the area. This has ensured that I haveI secured tenants promptly and that gaps between tenancies have been limited to a maximum of three weeks. I have found Dawsons offers an excellent customer service from setting up of the tenancy through to management and closure of tenancy. They have been flexible to respond to my specific requirements and have offered me sound and prompt advice throughout on things like what to upgrade, what not to waste money on, repairs etc. As I don't live in the area it has been important for me to know that the property is in good hands.

Very enthusiastic to help people and very patient. Laura deals the problems very carful with landlord and renter. Laura is an awfully decent lady. She does care the oversea student and work really hard to help me found out a place to move to. She try her best to explain to my land lord when I was facing the troubles. She did all a best agent should do! And I appreciate that I have such a wonderful agent

Samantha proved herself to be an efficient professional agent who supported the successful completion of a rental deal for a property that fulfils so much of my initial search criteria and more. It took a while to find the one property that I really wanted and suited the requirements of my demanding and exacting daughters. Samantha helped in a courteous, knowledgable and proactive manner, to help secure the property I was aiming to get. We purchased our Marina flat through Dawsons, with Corey taking the lead role and Danielle always ready to help out. What an excellent job they did. Fantastically helpful throughout; showing us the property three times, knowing the details of properties and area, chasing up questions and issues, responding promptly to our every phone/email message, keeping us in touch with the vendor and his solicitors. If we ever sold this flat (and we won't !!) we would definitely sell through Dawsons.

I have met with Julie Lawry on a number of occasions over the last 8 years, at various ‘open houses’ for Auction properties. Even if I have been delayed or there were many other people viewing, Julie was always upbeat and helpful. In April 2015 I enquired through Dawsons Swansea regarding an Auction property The Old Toll House, Gower Road. My first contact was with Julie. After an initial viewing of the property on a bitterly cold afternoon, in a house with no heating and in need of a great deal of work, it was obvious that Julie was an excellent negotiator. Calm, methodical and above all patient. She withstood the hour long viewing necessary on such a large and challenging property. She was very helpful with all of the detailed questions that were thrown at her. Having decided to put in an offer, the following day, Julie once again stepped up to the mark and explained the background details re the vendors situation. With this information to hand I was once more guided through the whole process of purchase by Julie and felt confident throughout that the information given by her was accurate. Her professionalism was second to none and she truly deserves recognition for this.

I've noticed a steady improvement with the quality of service I have received from Dawsons over the past few years. Of particular note is the excellent and friendly service I receive from Laura Carver and also from Leon Atolagbe who both help to solve problems and issues quickly. .The check-out reports have also improved dramatically over the past few years and are now very comprehensive and are backed up by photographs. Statements are regular and accurate and overall I am happy with the service I receive.

It was a big decision to make when we decided to give up letting out our lovely holiday cottage to holiday visitors as we have had the same visitors return year after year enjoying the tranquility of 'Hoarstone' and the beautiful Gower surroundings however, holiday letting had become very hard work for us and we felt we needed a change of direction. And so, we decided to look for a long term tenant and having sounded out a number of Lettings Agents decided upon Dawsons at Mumbles. Rhodri and Sammantha gave us wonderful service with emails and phone calls keeping us updated of viewings and feedback.......then they found Simon! We couldnt wish for a nicer tenant! Thank you SO much to all at Dawsons who helped find us the perfect long term tenant. We are truly thrilled to bits!

In March this year we decided to put our property on the market as the mortgage was due for repayment in November. At that time we had to move out our tenants which Dawsons Rental assisted us with. The property was placed on the market on 21 March. At the beginning of May we were informed that a buyer had come forward and that there was no problem with his status and a mortgage would be no problem. However after months of buyer generated hassle they pulled out. We were now in August. The property went back on the market and a second purchaser came forward. After more than 2 months the deal has finally been done and the completion of the sale has now happened. During this long drawn out period Dawsons sales staff have been terrific and have kept us informed at every stage and chased up the buyer when required. Selling a house in 2015 was to say the least quite stressful and we are glad that it is finally over. Thanks again Dawsons. In particular Tracy, Andrea and Caroline.

An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss.
