GoogleDavis and Tate provide an outstanding service. They kept us well informed at all times and helped us through emotive process of selling my Mum's family home, which had been her home for 50 years. The help they provided was exceptional.

GoogleClare & Sallie at Davis Tate Goring were brilliant as our vendor's estate agents. They were always extremely helpful to us as buyers and a good and reliable point of contact. They helped facilitate communication where needed and chased up queries as and when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as local estate agents and should we ever come to sell up, we will be in touch with them to market and represent our property.
Thanks Annabel, and we are thrilled you are now in your new home. We hope you love it!

GoogleA member of this team, specifically Caroline Legge, has worked solidly to sort out a problem in one of our flats. She has steadfastly chased a boiler maintenance company which were almost impossible to reach by any manner! Caroline persisted and eventually won through. She also communicated with the managing company of our flat and gained a very supportive response which MAY ensure compensation of some damage that has resulted in this matter.
Thank you taking the time to leave Caroline a review. We are very pleased you are happy with the service provided. Kind regards Davis Tate

GoogleI would like to start off by saying that Davis-Tate-Abingdon have been nothing but AMAZING! This was my first time renting a property and because of them, the whole process was made so straight forward. Dominic Gurden was who we were communicating with throughout us looking for a place to live, he also showed me around what will now be mine and my partners new home. He was extremely professional and talked me through all aspects of the house, without my asking. He broke down the process going forward for me, so that I had no worries or further questions, as he had answered everything. He was extremely clear and all that he said was factual. The process happened exactly how he said it would, I have not experienced this type of professionalism, communication, or knowledge from anywhere else and I had dealt with a lot of other estate agencies prior to finding Davis-Tate. At Davis-Tate they respond promptly to emails and phone calls, they are all very friendly and approachable and go above and beyond when you ask for their help, you can clearly see they all work so well as a team. I can honestly not fault them. We would like to say a huge thank you for making finding a property completely stress free. With everything else going on, this was a part of our lives that was made easy, and we have them to thank for that. I am looking forward to future communications with them and have no worries about the property we will now be living in going forward. Thank you so much. Best Wishes Zoe Sandalls and Matthew.

GoogleBring a first time buyer, there were a few bumps on the way, however the service recieved from Kathryn and John was superb. I had very little interaction with Kathryn initially, as she was new to the role, however the dealings i did have with her towards the end of my purchase were extremley hands on, efficient and professional. Both parties were very supportive and overall a happy customer in my new home. Thank you both for the service and advice throughout my journey. Minal.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for John & Kathryn. We are very pleased you are happy with the service provided, if we can be any help in the future please contact us. Kind regards Davis Tate

GoogleI've just moved out of a rental flat managed by this agency. Out of 6 letting agents I've used previous, this is by far the best. Caroline was so supportive and reassuring when I hit an issue with the place I am moving to. Matt the same. All staff are all so organised, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this agency and wouldn't hesitate to rent another flat through this agency. They look after their tenants.
Thank you taking the time to leave Caroline & Matt a review. We are very pleased you are happy with the service provided. Kind regards Davis Tate

I would have given a negative star if I could .This agency is just there to make money off tenants. When issues are brought to them they refer you to their contractors who are some big shot money making cheats who charge you an arm and leg for doing small jobs.Worst agency ever.I have the worst experience with them
