I had just now brought property through Davis Tate, my entire experience was so smooth. It started from the sales team, there is excellent salesperson called Colin Jones, who has managed the deal, he was very transparent and helped me on offer acceptance. Once that was done the Rebecca W has tracked the progress of the sales till last date of completion. They are very professional and helped in this journey from start to end. I am very glad with this team.

Local, well sited office.

Local, well sited office (Twyford). Initial walk-in and chat a year or so ago about prospective move demonstrated exceptionally strong local knowledge and Jenny worked with a great, all female team. Phone calls promptly answered or messages returned with minimal delay. Experience of rivals far less reassuring. Choosing Jenny for our eventual sale was a no-brainer. I felt pricing was realistic with option to hold out for better offers if we couldn’t find our new home. Received asking price offer from well positioned buyer (from London) within hours of signing. Jenny felt she had a strong buyer loitering in the wings and so this turned out. Equally well advanced chain. Offer accepted. Luckily we found the new build we wanted the very next day. Developer accepted 5% lower bid on basis of quick purchase and our argument about the market weakening. From that offer to completion was 8 weeks, using solicitor recommended by Jenny. Who was a delightful Rottweiler based in Henley and equally slick and professional. We have no doubt Jenny was instrumental and probably the key driver of the rapid legal process progression. Always calm, confident and ‘on it’. Thank you!!!

The Pangbourne Davis Tate

The Pangbourne Davis Tate team have been excellent. Very professional, responsive and transparent. Paul Jarvis in particular did an excellent job of delivering our transaction to exchange in just 9 weeks. A real achievement. Thanks very much to the whole team. Would definitely recommend.

We cannot rate the excellent service from Julie and her team in Sonning Common highly enough. We put our house on the market in early December 2022 and received an offer within a couple of days. We believe this is because Julie was so positive about our house. She guided us through the whole process from start to finish so that our sale was totally pain free. We moved at the end of March. If you are looking for a very professional, supportive and knowledgeable Estate Agent, I would strongly recommend Julie and her team. Thank you for all you have done for us.

Our property manager Melvyn Hayden was very helpful and rearranged his diary to housesit when an appliance repair service did not give us adequate notification of their visit.

Having dealt with many estate agents over the last three years, I can say that Julie and her team stand head and shoulders above the rest. Without their help I don’t think the chain would ever have made it. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We used Davis Tate for a sale and purchase completing in Aug 2022. Despite ever changing economical market forces their team was incredibly professional, humble and fun to work with. They together made the whole process smoother and far more comfortable. Julie Norman as our manager was incredibly diligent, proactive and made what can be an incredibly stressful experience- a smooth and enjoyable one. Our chain was far from straightforward but the team overcame all the curveballs thrown at us. Thank you team

We recently purchased our first home with Davis Tate. Julie and Jade were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. They responded very quickly to all our queries, kept us up to date on progress and were very supportive towards the end of the process when conveyancing became challenging. It was hugely appreciated. I hope we won't be moving again any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to engage the services of Davis Tate if we did 😊
