Update to my review, I had an appointment with Lisa to go to the property I’m purchasing to do some measuring, Lisa was great on time, informative and went above and beyond to help me take videos of the property and to help me measure.

GoogleWe had our first viewing of a house through David Tate today, with Giselle. She was so knowledgeable and as we are moving into an area we don’t know this was very helpful. She was very professional and didn’t rush us at all which is what I’ve found with a lot of other agents during our house search, she gave us a lot to think about so I hope we can continue our search and find a property through Davis Tate, very impressed.

GoogleAfter searching for a property with more than 6 estate agencies and through various websites, Davis Tate absolutely provided the best experience for my wife and me. The process was a bit challenging for us as newcomers in the UK, but it went smoothly with their assistance. I wasn't surprised when we signed our contract with the agency, even though we had other ongoing proposals. We appreciate all their dedication and highly recommend them.

GoogleWe have leased our flat from Davis Tate for four years now and while we are happy with how issues with the flat are handled by them I have to say that when we had an urgent issue with our water heater and our assigned property manager was out ill Jessica stepped right in and went above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate getting the issue resolved, she also took it upon herself to help with an older outstanding issue (not related to Davis Tate) with the block managers to try and help us get some answers and accountability from them.
We appreciate hearing such positive feedback and we're glad that during your time with us you have such excellent service.
