GoogleJust wanted to leave a review for Caroline Legge at Davis Tate. Caroline is our property manager and has been great from the moment we moved into the property. Caroline ensured our move in was seamless and moved items out of the flat to allow us more space/ to make the space our own. We have been in the property for over a year now and have had to contact Caroline for a few maintenance issues, Caroline has always responded so quickly and acted upon our problems, often our issue is resolved that same day. When we have met Caroline she has always been approachable and friendly and is always keen to help us where she can. Thank you Caroline!

GoogleVery impressed with Dominic Gurden who filtered and arranged meetings with the applicants for my house which I am letting in Abingdon. GoogleWe bought our home with Davis Tate in the spring of 2022. They were incredibly accommodating and professional. We viewed in January after work when it was dark and we're able to review it on a weekend in the light, so could actually see the garden. Everyone has been kind, professional and always greeted us, whether in person, or on the phone, with great hospitality - we mostly had correspondence with Dominic and Andy. We've been in the house just over a year now and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

I would especially like to thank the wonderful Kathryn Bell, whom throughout our purchasing process has been amazing! Kathryn was attentive and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much and she was always on hand whenever you needed advice, help and support. Kathryn worked so hard for us, endlessly keeping us updated and at ease. Right up until the very end Kathryn was highly professional and paid great attention to detail, with also being able to feel like you were talking to a friend. She certainly made this whole process seamless. Also the agency themselves gave us a little care package when we moved into our new home, which we couldn’t have appreciated more. GoogleI can say hands down that my experience of finding a property to rent in Henley with Davis Tate has far exceeded my expectations or my experience with any other estate agents in the area. The team are all super knowledgable about the area, extremely friendly and approachable and are very efficient and experts at what they do. Emma helped me secure the perfect property for my needs in a very tricky rental market, and communications with her and her team throughout has been great. Charlie was also really helpful throughout my search. My mum also bought her house in Henley through Davis Tate a few years ago and had a similarly positive experience working with them. I would highly recommend Emma and the Lettings team for your rental search in Henley as well as the Sales team should you be looking to buy or sell.
