I am a FTB and getting on with a property listed by Davis Tate Reading for a slightly complex deal as the house need doing almost everything. The Davis Tate team, Charlie, Sam & Tom are absolutely amazing. They respond in literally few mins of receiving my email & always happy to jump on call where needed. I love this level of prioritization. I asked for 2nd viewing right after my offer was accepted they allowed me in the property within 2hr time. They committed to support me for additional appointments to align a builder and also recommended me one. I will provide an update once I complete with them but its looking like a 5* experience till this point and hope it will keep going. Thank you Team Davis Tate Reading!

We bought our house in Didcot through Davis Tate. We dealt with Victoria, Matthew, Phil and Hope, and are very grateful for their expertise and amount of time given to visit properties. The lost star comes from the Financial Services company Davis Tate recommended to us: Embrace Financial Services. Maybe my Financial Advisor was overwhelmed at that time, but it resulted in 3 of my emails being overlooked, and some calls not being returned. Had one of those emails been opened at the time I sent it, my mortgage application would have been much more straightforward, less stressful, and I have no doubt the decision would have come earlier that it eventually did. When challenged, my financial advisor got quite defensive, but I'd argue attention to detail was clearly lacking ... Also, I dealt with 3 advisors in the space of a few weeks. So I would definitely not recommend using Embrace Financial Services.
