GoogleHaving made an offer on my potential new home, Davis Tate have been on the ball and proactively progressing my purchase. In particular I need to mention Matthew Eason, the Didcot Branch Manager. Matthew has ensured that I have been kept updated with the all the latests information. He is very polite and friendly, which puts the customer at ease. Matthew comes across as highly professional and clearly knows his field very well. He has helped me in deciding on reasonable offers, what might work to what almost certainly will work. Matthew went the extra mile, assuring me that my prospective purchase was a good deal, by comparing with the sale proces of similar properties on the same development. I would recommend Davis Tate in Didcot, without hesitation.

If you are looking to rent a property please call them as soon as possible, they have an amazing team there, I was offered the best service ever in about 5 years, quick, reliable, easy, and smooth from start to finish, everything took about 4-5 working days to conclude and then just the normal wait time to move in the new house, big shoutout to the team there keep it up, my person of contact there was Hope, big shoutout to her, she handled all the communication and most of the stuff required, she was always helpful and responsive, very nice to deal with, I also dealt with Matthew who showed me around the property, and few other staff members from accounts and other teams, but rest assure you can ask for any of them and they will be amazing to deal with because I visited the office one day and I was offered a warm welcome from everyone there. Keep it up guys and all the best!

GoogleMatthew and the rest of the team at Davis Tate were absolutely brilliant helping us with the sale of our house. We had not moved for over 20 years and were a bit nervous, but they made the whole process very straightforward and put us completely at ease. We feel like they really understood how our home worked and therefore marketed it accurately and suggested it to very suitable potential buyers. This meant the viewings were tailored to people who were actually likely to buy rather than just getting people through the door who just wanted a look round. Their advert was excellent quality and focused on the main features that were the main selling points. The members of the team who showed round potential buyers made a point of all getting to know the house and we are very grateful for the service we received which meant our house sold quickly and painlessly.

GoogleFew days back I faced an issue with boiler and contacted the Davis Tate maintenance email id. Jessica Hedges picked up my case quickly and helped me to resolve the boiler issue. She was quick in terms of updating me about the progress and taking necessary approvals from landlord and finalizing the technician. GoogleAfter the death of our mother we first approached Davis tate in Wantage for a probate valuation. Oliver was highly professional and understanding of the difficult situation we were faced with, and dealt with us in a friendly and sympathetic manner. Because of this we decided to use Davis tate for the sale of the house. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. All the staff kept us in the loop with developments in the sales process every step of the way and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated all their help and hard work to sell the house quickly. We really can't thank you all at Davis tate enough. You've made an emotional and difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. I will not hesitate to recommend Davis tate to anyone I know in the future.
