GoogleI can highly recommend Davis Tate Estate Agents Burghfield Common. From the start of the selling journey to completion they kept in regular contact with us giving updates and advice. They made what can sometimes be a process fraught with obstacles when selling one's home, bearable and positive. The staff were always friendly and only too willing to help.

GoogleDavis Tate Burghfield Common were a great help in selling our house, making it a smooth process from the point we switched to them. Brian helped initially and then Parys and Chrissie took over. The communication was great and I think Chrissie and I were in regular conversation. Thank you for making it as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleMe and my partner just completed on our home in burghfield and found Davis Tate to be great. There was a lot of back and forth during the 5 months and the team always kept the communication ant a consistent. All staff at Davis tate are lovely and friendly Including those who moved to new branches during the time!

GoogleI have just sold a property with Davis Tate and their friendly team were brilliant throughout. We encountered several setbacks along the way and lost our buyers twice (no fault of theirs) and each time they were straight back on the case to find a new buyer, which they did quickly. Their communication was excellent throughout, particularly Parys and Chrissie who kept us updated on a regular basis and chased solicitors when required. I would definitely use Davis Tate again.

GoogleAfter a very long, tumultuous conveyancing nightmare, Charlie persisted throughout the process and was always available on the phone or by email for practical help or a pick me up when things weren't going to plan. There weren't many life vests in this process but she certainly was one of them. Thank you

GoogleDavis Tate provided great marketing material and we agreed a price which achieved many viewings and offers within 2 weeks of going on market . We sold above our asking price . Completion was rather tortuous mainly because lawyers at bottom of chain did not keep everyone in the loop - fact that they were also PPL was frustrating.

GoogleWe switched to DT from a small local estate agent as we were seeing poor traffic, especially from London buyers and immediatetly saw a change. All the agents are lovely, profetional and do a great job in showing the house by covering all details and benefits. Great folks and would recommend to anyone selling their home.
