allAgentsAfter a speculative outreach
After a speculative outreach regarding a property that had just completed, Jenny had a detailed understanding of our personal requirements and must haves for a new home. We were notified about an ideal property that was about to come to market and we fell in love with it instantly. Jenny was fantastic throughout the process and made, what otherwise can be a stressful experience, absolutely seamless.

GoogleHave dealt solely with Urvashi, who has been quick, polite and extremely helpful in the process of renting a new home nearly 100 miles away from my current place - would highly recommend.

Google5 stars for these guys - I experienced top-tier service from Davis Tate initially when I bought my property in 2016; then again when I let it out in 2020 (as well as being my rent collectors throughout the tenancy); and then finally when I sold it this year in 2024. They went the extra mile in communication when I was abroad, in which I have no doubt was integral in getting the property sold (Tom Wareham-Bassett, that's you! 🔥). We've gone full circle and I absolutely would not hesitate in recommending Davis Tate for whatever service is needed - selling, letting or buying: these guys are your best bet. Thanks DT!
Thank you for the 5* review Jo, it is much appreciated.

GoogleWe just sold our property of 5 years. Brian and the team were great. Always on hand, professional and worked hard to get the sale through. We had to come down a long way from Brian’s initial valuation which was a tough, however it was in the same ball park as other estate agents, so just part of sell to us and the time frame we had. Nothing against the team.
Thank you for your review Family Hodge, it is much appreciated.
