GoogleI've had a great experience with Davis Tate, particularly the seller David Wrigley who is extremely friendly. He is an expert in his field and knowledgeable with all aspects of property and willing to help. They managed to find a buyer very quickly and the service has been wonderful. I would highly recommend using them!

GoogleHaving had a serious leak from the flat above my flat which caused some significant issues to my property I am so grateful to Aimee Rixon for the professional way she has handled all that needed to be done. She has liased with the property management company, the tenant, the contractor and the insurer on my behalf. I’m so happy that Aimee is back from her maternity leave as she has been an absolute star in getting things done quickly and efficiently.-----

GoogleWe’ve been managed by Davis Tate for 6 years now and I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Aimee is an absolute superstar! Always makes me feel comfortable in my own home when doing management visits and any issues raised get dealt with super quickly, raised on Wednesday, fixed by Friday type quick. Safe to say she was very missed whilst on maternity! Absolute professionals from start to present.

The situation was very difficult considering a resent bereavement and they went above and beyond to assist with my mum from start to finish. From the moment it was marketed to the sale and throughout the conveyancing they were professional, helpful, kind and informative. GoogleFrom the moment I found a property to rent the rental team ( Aimee, Jenny, Sarah, ) at Davis Tate have been attentive professional respectful and of course so friendly and efficient . Over the 6 years the maintenance teams have looked after us so well and all the team got better and better and I felt supported in safe hands every year ( as I think the Landlord did too). GoogleWe have just exchanged on a property marketed by Davis Tate. All the team at the former Sonning Common branch and latterly Henley were brilliant. Put the agents who managed our sale to shame.
