We opted for Davis & Tate as our estate agent for the sale of our property, the team at the Pangbourne branch that supported us were excellent (Richard, Jack and especially Paul). We don’t buy and sell houses everyday and Paul was supportive and patient with our queries. I suspect the chain might have collapsed if it wasn’t for Paul’s efforts to provide guidance and feedback and a clear line of communication as we had a tricky chain to contend with (slow to respond at the bottom, rude in their response at the top). We’re happily settled in after a long 6 months, on to decorating.

I’ve just sold my house with Davis Tate, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was so smooth and completely stress-free. The whole team was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to. But I have to give a special mention to Jack, he’s been absolutely amazing. Always supportive, always cheerful, and just a real joy to deal with. My dogs adored him too, 🐾they were always excited when he arrived to show people around! He was so good with them and always took the time to have a chat. Jack, you're an absolute gem. Thank you so much for all your help, you really made this whole process feel easy and even enjoyable. "I chose to sell through Lee..."

I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections. Lee is a straightforward and honest guy (which is not always the case with estate agents...) and an absolute grafter. Would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thanks Lee!!

Awful service and communication. Two properties I had chased about renting one of which I chased for 3 weeks kept being told they had the wrong keys then I get an email saying let agreed now the same thing this morning been chasing about a property told by the sales team they are short staffed on the lettings side of things that's why they never answer the phone but then I get an email saying let agreed on this other property I've been chasing.
