allAgentsRichard and Ben have been so
Richard and Ben have been so supportive throughout this process. I never had to chase them, they always called me with updates and ended up selling the house for a better price than we had hoped for. Well done guys. I'm telling all my friends to use you.

allAgentsDespite charging exorbitant
Despite charging exorbitant fees, Davis Tate offer a terrible "management" service. Once they have your money, it seems that they could not care less. They have no control over the whims of the Landlord and appear surly and unwilling to assist throughout the whole process. Do not make the mistake that we did - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I am sorry to hear you feel you didn't receive a good service. If you could let us know which property it was you rented through us and your name we would be happy to discuss further the problems you encountered.

allAgentsThis is an overdue thank you
This is an overdue thank you to all at Davis Tate in Pangbourne. I had previously been trying to sell my house with another estate agency locally with no success. A friend then recommended Davis Tate and I changed. What a breath of fresh air! I wish they had given me this advice before. They did everything they promised and kept me informed at every step. When we found a buyer there were one or two minor problems, but they were on it immediately and resolved them before they became too serious. Nothing was too much trouble. And now we are in our new home and cannot recommend them highly enough. A really professional outfit.
