GoogleThe team at Davis Tate Estate Agents in Burghfield Common have always done a fantastic job for me, from finding houses to buy, valuations and sourcing tenants. If you require help within the property market in the Burghfield area then I would recommend giving them a call or popping in their friendly office.

GoogleI can highly recommend Brian at Davis Tate, he didn't sell my property however I did purchase from them. He remained professional and upfront throught the process which at times was difficult and he still managed to maintain his sense of humour, friendliness and integrity throughout. GoogleWould recommend 100%! It took a year to sell and find a house, over which time Brian and Kelly worked tirelessly to secure both a buyer for ours and secure the house that we wanted. They were always in contact with us and were proactive in getting a very long chain to completion. Many thanks to all the team.

GoogleCompared on-line and local Estate Agents before putting the house up for sale, the price of the local agent was more but still competitive in the market place. Davis Tate had a team big enough to accompany most viewings and small enough to know the property. The deal was sealed by the Davis Tate knowing the seller and buyer helping them to negotiate an agreed price.

GoogleKelly was lovely to deal with throughout the process and really helped us to navigate our first house buy. She communicated everything and even went to extra lengths driving our vendor to get paperwork signed when they broke their leg! The whole team were very pleasant and were always happy to answer any questions we had whenever I called in. Lovely bunch and hopefully we will bump into them once we have moved into burgfield.

GoogleBrian and Kelly were fantastic throughout the sale of our property, from valuation through to completion I cannot fault their service. They worked incredibly hard to get us the right potential buyers through the door and even harder to keep our chain ticking along to a tight time schedule we set that was being squeezed by the solicitors. I can't thank them enough for all they done.

GoogleThis is the 3rd time we have used Brian at Davis Tate & on each occasion he has sold our property quickly & efficiently - this time was the longest at 5 weeks which in the current market was pretty good. He priced the property realistically & was honest from the start about the market conditions. Once we had secured a buyer Kelly managed the process & without her tenacity I am not sure that I would be sat here in my new property today. She dealt with some very difficult conveyancing companies at the bottom of the chain, yet still managed to keep professional & most importantly her sense of humour. Well done again Brian & Kelly for assisting us to realise our dream of a house by the sea.

GoogleHaving been a Davis Tate tenant for some 18 years, I feel well qualified to comment on their performance and level of service. After being introduced to the property by Mathew Davis, their property manager Linda looked after me very well for many years. My current manager, Tanya Capone-Taylor has recently been faced with a multiplicity of property related issues and has dealt with all of these in a speedy and very professional manner, every request being acted on almost immediately and managed to conclusion. For the most part their suppliers emulate the same principles with courtesy and reliability. It seems many other letting agents could learn from Davis Tate. The result is peace of mind which incentivises one to be a good tenant. “Bouquet’s to the living” !
