GoogleMy experience with Darlows has been really positive. As a whole, they have been great at communicating with me even in a really busy period, and even when I can't always pick up the phone due to work. Emma in particular has been extremely helpful. Emma showed me around the first house I ever viewed and the precedent she set was professional and educational - she put me on the right path to know what to expect from viewings and what to look for in a good value house. I have felt from the beginning that Emma cares and genuinely wants to help, offering important guidance for first-time buyers which I hadn't heard elsewhere and making sure that I know what stage in the process I am at with offers and beyond. Emma is also really knowledgeable about the areas in which she operates, which in my experience hasn't always been the case with estate agents and is very useful for imagining yourself in a place. Thanks so much for your dedication and care!
