They were always prompt in their responses, considerate and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best outcomes, even when we encountered difficulties dealing with solicitors in the chain. GoogleWe had such a fantastic experience with Teian and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent, especially as first-time buyers. Teian showed us around a few properties initially which, although lovely, just weren’t quite right for us. She really listened to what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. A few days later, she called to let me know about a new property that was about to come onto the market as she thought it would be perfect for us, and she was absolutely right! We viewed it and within just two days our offer had been accepted. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to Teian. She is so lovely, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and nerves, but she put us at ease every step of the way and made everything feel manageable. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
Thank you for this wonderful review about Teian! It is great to see the level of service she has provided! If you need anything in the future, please get in touch! The sales team!

GoogleUnprofessional, poor communication, although a couple of the agents were very nice people and polite ( the nice people have since left..). Overall I would not recommend selling with Darlows Llanishen. They even have the cheek to keep ringing me about "my property search" when the sale of my flat has fallen through!
We are sorry you did not have a good experience, I can see the home was listed with us a short while ago, since then we have a brand new team who were not aware of the current situation when calling yourself about your search. Should you wish to discuss this further, please email Llanishen@darlows.co.uk.
