I had a fantastic experience with Darlows Estate Agents. They sold my house within just four days of it going on the market, which completely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the whole process was handled with real professionalism. The marketing was excellent, the photographs were so good I genuinely felt like booking a viewing of my own house! They showcased the property beautifully and clearly know how to present a home to attract buyers quickly. Communication throughout was also outstanding. Both Hannah Moss and Eleri Page kept me informed every step of the way and were always approachable, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about starting the property-buying process, especially going into my first mortgage-advisor meeting on my own with very little knowledge. Jake and Richard made the whole experience so much easier and far less intimidating. Jake has been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning, working around my work schedule to arrange a meeting with Richard. He has also been fantastic at finding properties that match what I'm looking for, and thanks to his help I have my very first viewing this weekend. Richard was equally fantastic during our meeting. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put my mind at ease. I can't thank them enough for making my first experience as a future buyer such a positive one.

Changed my Agent to Darlows Caerphilly.Connor came out last Monday morning and took some fab photos of my property , taking time to make sure he was happy with each photo. . By the evening my house was showing for sale on Rightmove. Tuesday this week had a viewing booked in and also two more booked for later on in the week which was amazing . Wednesday morning an offer had been made . Which I accepted yesterday . Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. Partner went to view a house and was told the landlord wanted to choose someone that day. He was advised they would email everyone after the viewing and ask them to submit their details regarding whether they wanted the house, their income etc.We had no email. We called for an update, but there was none. We called again and asked for a call back that day as we were interested, but there was no call back. This went on for several days with no call back given as promised.Eventually the house was changed to 'agreed let' online so we called to ask what was going on. We were told that the landlord was still deciding and someone would be in touch, but they weren't. We chased again, but nothing.Eventually, we gave up as the whole process was frustrating and badly managed. I appreciate that things in this industry can change fast but that's no excuse for not keeping people in the loop. Clearly a very badly organised branch.

So I’m writing this as an important review for anyone in the same position as myself needing to know what agency to go with.. but still unsure. I firstly rushed into signing a contract with another estate agency, based on what I saw as a popular company, sadly didn’t get a single viewing with. Then come Hannah, we had a great first meeting.. I was reluctant to sign a new contract with anyone after my previous experience.. what can I say, she regained my confidence in estate agents, giving me options with my contract I didn’t know where possible.. not only that, but within an hour of signing my contract, I had 3 viewings booked in!! Not only that but we both agreed we wanted great weather before taking photos, Hannah went above and beyond for me.. getting in touch on a ‘Sunday’ saying how glorious the weather was and offered to come out on her day off to get “the shots” we needed to get the most out of my advert.. I’m looking forward to working with the team thanks to Hannah getting me excited and already doing everything possible I could ask for to sell my house.
