GoogleAs soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

Extremely disappointed with this agency. Had I known how unprofessional and frustrating the experience would be, I would never have chosen to use them. Unfortunately, my experience whilst buying a property through them has been one of poor communication, a complete lack of transparency, and very little accountability. You are constantly passed from one person to another, with no one taking ownership or actually resolving the issues. Emails go unanswered, responses are delayed, and getting a clear and straightforward answer feels almost impossible. What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism and responsibility. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase an agency for basic communication or solutions. I strongly recommend thinking twice before engaging with this agency. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to others. At the end we withdrew from the purchase.

Michaela was polite, patient and genuinely listened with intention to understand the issue I was experiencing. Rather than simply providing a quick response, she took the time to explore the situation with me and helped me find the best possible solution. What I particularly appreciated was the care she took to explain the solution step by step, ensuring that I fully understood what needed to happen and why. Her calm, professional and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. Excellent customer service is about making people feel heard, valued and supported, and Michaela did exactly that. She is a real credit to the team, and I would like to thank her for her time, patience and professionalism.

GoogleHave never dealt with a worst estate agent in my life. Originally contacted 3 weeks ago, still awaiting for a valuation. Appointment was booked in but estate agent showed up early for appointment and left with no prior phone calls to advise. Second appointment was cancelled evening before via email at 5:12pm. Staff don't answer calls, when they do they dont call back, staff at switchboard are helpful but thats about it
