GoogleWe had a property valuation from Jacob Davies today. Although we greatly appreciated his courteous manner, politeness and professionalism throughout the visit. His knowledgeable advice and valuation were both extremely helpful and valuable to us. Although we will not be using Darlows on this occasion it is not a reflection of the excellent service Jacob provided.

GoogleVery poor experience as a landlord. The service did not match what was advertised, communication was consistently poor, promises were not followed through, and additional charges repeatedly appeared. The team also caused unnecessary delays and complications during the tenancy and handover. I would not recommend Darlows’ fully managed service.

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with Jake at Darlows. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and is always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need any help. His communication is excellent, and he always makes the effort to provide support and keep everything moving smoothly. I’ve dealt with several people at Darlows, and Jake has genuinely been one of the best person I’ve dealt with. He is professional, friendly, reliable and always willing to help. His level of service really stands out, and I really appreciate everything he has done for me. I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone dealing with Darlows. I had an excellent experience with Sophie Peake during my tenancy contract renewal. She was extremely helpful, professional, and approachable throughout the process. Sophie made everything simple and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her friendly manner and efficiency. Highly recommended!

GoogleI am currently in the process of selling my property with Darlows, and so far I have been really impressed with the service I have received. I have mainly been dealing with Jacob, who has been fantastic throughout the process. His communication has been excellent, and he is always quick to respond to any questions or queries I have. He has made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and has been extremely helpful and professional. Googlemy experience with Darlows was & maybe again, brilliant. I must admit this is mainly due to Chloe Makin who really did everything possible to sell our house for us. GoogleHollie was a great support from start to finish. She provided clear, honest answers to all our questions and was proactive in collecting information from us to enable the sale to progress. We are still waiting for the sellers to find a property so it’s still early days but hopefully things will continue to be smooth running as time goes on.

GoogleHi Although I did not select Darlows to complete the sale of my property I would like to comment on the professionalism and friendly manner of the Sales consultant Hollie Jones. The presentation provided was very good and all aspects of my enquiries were answered honestly and realistically. She was also on time which is not always the case with some agents.

GoogleNot a bad word to be said about this Team. I saw 2 properties with Hollie and she was fair in her opinions. The first was a bit run down and needed work and Hollie was kind enough to lay out all the facts and advise me accordingly. She definitely knows her stuff and her professionalism along with her polite customer service make her one of the best. Gayle and Jackie, while I don't know them well, were a massive help too from start to finish.
