As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about starting the property-buying process, especially going into my first mortgage-advisor meeting on my own with very little knowledge. Jake and Richard made the whole experience so much easier and far less intimidating. Jake has been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning, working around my work schedule to arrange a meeting with Richard. He has also been fantastic at finding properties that match what I'm looking for, and thanks to his help I have my very first viewing this weekend. Richard was equally fantastic during our meeting. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put my mind at ease. Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. Partner went to view a house and was told the landlord wanted to choose someone that day. He was advised they would email everyone after the viewing and ask them to submit their details regarding whether they wanted the house, their income etc.We had no email. We called for an update, but there was none. We called again and asked for a call back that day as we were interested, but there was no call back. This went on for several days with no call back given as promised.Eventually the house was changed to 'agreed let' online so we called to ask what was going on. We were told that the landlord was still deciding and someone would be in touch, but they weren't. We chased again, but nothing.Eventually, we gave up as the whole process was frustrating and badly managed. I appreciate that things in this industry can change fast but that's no excuse for not keeping people in the loop. Clearly a very badly organised branch.

Lauren dealt with the process quickly and smoothly, securing us another year and a rent increase with our existing tenants. Lauren provided us with a concise inspection report of the property which showed the tenants were keeping the property in good condition. Lauren was very quick in liaising with the tenants and answering questions we had regarding the renewal and the property. Great to have dedicated staff like Lauren dealing with our managed service as she made the whole process stress free and easy. Many thanks Lauren, we greatly appreciated all your help. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update to Managed Service May 2024 Lauren Keirle, has for the 2nd year running secured another year with our existing tenants and again obtained the recommended rent increase, all carried out with extreme efficiency . I have moved in to a property managed by Hart over 3 months ago, having been assured some repair work would be done before moving in we saw this had not been done on the date of move in. We had reported the issues via phone documented them and sent via email. Only Olivia has been able to get some repairs done to the house, unfortunately these are not the repairs we have been promised. There is a complete lack of communication from the team to us, which has left us unsure of whether these fixes will be done. When speaking to the team there seems to be no prior knowledge of maintenance reports or previous conversations had. They promise to call back but you have to chase them yourselves.I have spoken to someone last week who was supposed to contact the contractor in the week only to find they have yet to speak to them again. The issues seem to be with the property management not the landlord, they have failed to ask for a reduction in rent which we have asked for several times due to being unable to use big parts of the house, this is making my mental health worsen
