This year we decided to buy our first home. The first time I rang Darlows to enquire about the house I was a bit nervous as I’d never done this before - Christine answered and couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful. We set up the viewing straight away…When we got there Christine welcomed us & let us have a look around ourselves. She wasn’t pushy and truly put us at ease. Within an hour of being in the house we knew we loved it & Christine had called the vendor and our offer had been accepted. Christine was brilliant, I rang up about a house which turned out to be sold and she asked what I was looking for. She sent me a list of suitable houses and within that was one that we hadn't seen before. Bearing in mind we were looking frantically every night, this one had slipped the net. I initially put my house up for sale with another agent, and ter a month I had no viewings and very little interest. I generally felt the whole approach of this agent was wrong, how the property was priced, marketed and general commuication. My patience finally ran out and I turned to Darlows. The difference couldn’t have been more stark, first class comnnuciation, honest apprsial of the market and realistic expectation of price. How they marketed my property was far superior to the other agents, and to top it all off, I got in offer in the first week at a price I was delighted with. I couldn’t honestly have asked for a better service from Darlows, and Christine in particular who as a total professional throughout. I would highly recommend Darlows whether you are buying or selling.

Our estate agent Chris from Darlows Tonypandy was amazing from the beginning. With how the market was, we called twice about getting a viewing for the house we wanted and Chris dealt with us the whole way through. She organised the viewing right away, was honest and clear with us from the beginning as new buyers about the house itself and the process. She helped the extra mile, and even in the middle of a pandemic, made us feel welcome and was excited with us. Chris has even helped us with questions and getting us to the right contacts. My experience with Darlows has only been a positive one. From the minute I called them explaining my circumstances they were extremely helpful and understanding. I dealt with Christine Jones, she completely understood my anxiety about dipping my feet into the open market. I explained to her that I have had a number of bad experiences with other estate agents and was a bit dubious about going through it again. Wow! She did not disappoint me, I only explained briefly what I was after and she found my dream home within days! I was viewing two other properties that day but when Christine showed me the property she had found, I immediately fell in love with it. It was like she knew what I exactly needed!!! I obviously wanted it before the viewing even commenced. Christine was fully booked that day but managed to fit me in between other viewings she had. She was very accommodating and professional. It was a relaxed viewing experience and I wasn’t at all pestered throughout. After I viewed the property the next process was simple. Christine supported me throughout the offer process including the.solicitors details. She also made herself available for any advice or details of the purchase going forward. All I can say is she is a credit to Darlows. What a professional company to deal with and I can’t recommend them enough. The photos and description of the property were very well done. Chris was incredible helpful and so friendly. We were so desperate to have the house before Christmas, and she shared our excitement and desperation.
