Being a first time buyer and doing it on my own, I have found the process so far quite overwhelming and daunting however the team at Darlows, especially Christine Jones have been so understanding & helpful. Darlows Service Review We have found Darlows Estate Agents to be exceptional in assisting us not only in the on-going conveyancing of the house which we are purchasing but also in the selling process of our own house which was dealt with by another company. In busy moments, it is re-assuring to know that if members of staff at the Tonypandy Branch are otherwise engaged with valuations and viewings the Darlows Call Centre are always there to take the call and pass on messages. Assistant Branch Manager, Christine Jones has been utterly amazing in keeping us calm and grounded at times when things were about to descend into chaos. Her knowledge and professionalism have kept us sane throughout this whole process and we cannot thank her enough. Vendor: We approached most local estate agents in the area and Darlows Tonypandy were an were a no brainer! Given the rapid development of technology and social media in recent years we wanted an estate agent who addressed the ‘modern buyer’ i.e clientele who utalise online functions to seek their new home. In this area (and all others thus far) Darlows Tonypandy far exceeded our expectations and it quickly became apparent that they are well ahead of the game. Christine was fantastic. From the moment she walked through our front door. She listened to our needs, worries as first time sellers and came prepared with nescessary paperwork and tools to get the property on the market ASAP. We were live by the end of the week! The property was posted mulitple times on social media by the Tonypandy and we were given access to the My Darlows environment which displayed various stats such as page views and other interactions. In addition Christine called with regular updates. Fast forward 4 weeks and we were made a decent offer! In terms of price, Darlows are slightly above the local market rate but I cannot stress enough that they are worth every penny! Out of all the estate agents we met with, there was no other who could match the level of reach (wide range and high volume of prospective buyers). We received reduced solicitor fees by choosing Darlows solicitors which helped offset this cost, again something that other estate agents did not offer us. Massive thank to Christine and the rest of the team at Darlows Tonypandy, top service!

I am extremely glad that we went through Darlows Tonypandy to purchase our first home, and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Special mention has to go to Christine who has been amazing throughout our purchase of our first home! We were returning to live in Wales after 5 years in London, so trying to view properties in the limited time we had on visits home seemed daunting, but Christine was thoroughly helpful and accommodating, always ensuring we could view the properties we were interested in, even making time for us on days that she was meant to be off! As first time buyers we had no idea of the processes involved in a house purchase, but Christine and the team were always helpful, answering all questions I had and clarifying anything I didn't understand. From our first viewing, to collecting our keys, Chris has been fantastic and I am so glad she has been there to help us along the way! After viewing a house Saturday which we absolutely loved,with the assistant branch manager Christine. We knew we had to have it. Christine went above and beyond to make sure we had it at a price that we wanted,and got the deal done for us. Even working her weekend off,just to show us the home and working late while we were going back and forth with the vendor in negotiations to the property.
