I had a very wholesome and amazing experience with Darlows in the process of finding a house for me. Emma answered my initial call, took down my details and found out what exactly was important to me when looking for a house. She noted all my preferences did a search of all the properties they had on the market that matched my specific requirements. Whenever a certain house I liked didn't match my requirements, she didn't fail to point that out. It wasn't just about Emma getting the sale, she was more concerned about making sure which ever house I found I was fully happy with and covered all my requirements from all angles. She was very clear in her communication, easy to reach, very friendly and polite in demeanour and an amazing agent all in all. I would highly recommend Darlow's for any house purchases and if you go, don't forget to ask for Emma. Thanks again.

Having had bad experiences with other estate agents, Emma at Darlows was a breath of fresh air. Had we not come across Emma I have no doubt we’d still be searching for our first home. Emma was brilliant. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent and her commitment to helping us find the right property was evident from the start. Emma was constantly keeping us informed about new properties coming on the market, because of this we felt supported when working with her, something that we lacked when working with other estate agents. I cannot recommend Emma enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

My experience with Darlows has been really positive. As a whole, they have been great at communicating with me even in a really busy period, and even when I can't always pick up the phone due to work. Emma in particular has been extremely helpful. Emma showed me around the first house I ever viewed and the precedent she set was professional and educational - she put me on the right path to know what to expect from viewings and what to look for in a good value house. I have felt from the beginning that Emma cares and genuinely wants to help, offering important guidance for first-time buyers which I hadn't heard elsewhere and making sure that I know what stage in the process I am at with offers and beyond. Emma is also really knowledgeable about the areas in which she operates, which in my experience hasn't always been the case with estate agents and is very useful for imagining yourself in a place. Thanks so much for your dedication and care!

Senior sales advisor, Emma was very proactive and supportive throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, kept us well informed at every stage, and always responded quickly. What really stood out was her genuine guidance, she took time to understand our needs and made sure we felt confident in every decision. It truly felt like she cared about helping, not just completing a sale. She was also very approachable and patient, always happy to answer questions no matter how small. Her professionalism and honest advice made the whole experience much smoother and far less stressful for us. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent.

I should say I never met an Estate agent like Emma , she was very honest about the property and all the details she gave was so convincing . she really cared about our needs and understood what we wanted As we are new to this country and did not know much about the area she was able to give lot of information which took our fears and doubts away , and it made us feel that Area is good and safe . She is very kind , friendly and approachable , we did not feel like she is doing her job alone ,we felt like she values our family and our financial situation. we are in the process of buying a property . She keeps us updated . I should say Darlow Rumney branch is a great company ! Thanks again!!

Darlows - Albany Road, Cardiff

As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about starting the property-buying process, especially going into my first mortgage-advisor meeting on my own with very little knowledge. Jake and Richard made the whole experience so much easier and far less intimidating. Jake has been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning, working around my work schedule to arrange a meeting with Richard. He has also been fantastic at finding properties that match what I'm looking for, and thanks to his help I have my very first viewing this weekend. Richard was equally fantastic during our meeting. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put my mind at ease. I can't thank them enough for making my first experience as a future buyer such a positive one.

We chose Darlows Rumney for the sale of our house purely because of how knowledgeable and well known Rhys is in the area. It gave us confidence they would get the right people through the door for us. The bonus we gained was Nadia. She is a dream. She took time to understand us, our home, our family and our needs. From being outstanding and proactive in our sale and in showing us houses I honestly don’t think we would have gotten out the other side with a successful sale as quickly as we did. She gave us the confidence that we were in the right hands and her friendly and warm nature made the stressful parts of the process that bit easier. We can’t thank her and Bethan, enough for the work they put in for us. They are a credit to the brand and if we ever do sell again I would have no hesitation in going back to the Darlows, Rumney branch. Thank you again all.

Beth was my main contact during my recent sale with Darlows. What a pleasant friendly and professional young lady. Whatever my query she came back to me quickly and with the information needed. My buyer was not the easiest to deal with, but Beth used her professionalism to over come this!! If Beth was not available, Nadia was very helpful and again able to find out any information I needed. Rhys you have a great team, keep all the girl work all.

We have had nothing but excellent service from Darlows Rumney! From the initial valuation and problems with the deeds being dealt with by Rhys, viewings being arranged by Chloe and Bethan, to recieving 3 offers. Emma has kept us up to date and clearly informed at every step of the process. She advised us on various aspects of the process, and used her extensive industry knowledge to guide us on the right way to go. Ultimately we didn’t buy a house from Darlows so our experience is limited to viewings and interactions with their agents. Nadia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the properties she showed us. She was quick to get answers to our very specific questions and kept the lines of communication open as we were considering our housing options. Highly recommend working with her.

From the moment Rhys came out to value and photograph our home, we knew we were in good hands! Our property was on the market swiftly, which is where Nadia introduced herself. Nadia had secured 3 viewings within the second week of our property being on the market, with one of these viewings leading to an offer that same week. Nadia gave us the confidence to decline the first offer and we ended up accepting an offer higher than we had thought possible. From then until the point of completion, Nadia was just a phone call or email away and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Darlows for making a complicated and stressful process as easy and straightforward as possible!
