GoogleNot a bad word to be said about this Team. I saw 2 properties with Hollie and she was fair in her opinions. The first was a bit run down and needed work and Hollie was kind enough to lay out all the facts and advise me accordingly. She definitely knows her stuff and her professionalism along with her polite customer service make her one of the best. Gayle and Jackie, while I don't know them well, were a massive help too from start to finish.

GoogleCan't believe my house sold after only three weeks with Darlows , ive had a great service ,nothing too much trouble and Eleri Page who showed the new home owners round was a little gem , making sure i knew what to expect , plus any questions i have , i only need to pick up the phone and just ask her or any of her team , now i can move onto Scotland and travel in our campa van , before eventually buying our new home. Thankyou for making this possible and id like wish the new home owners a long and happy life together and love the house as much as ive done .

As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about starting the property-buying process, especially going into my first mortgage-advisor meeting on my own with very little knowledge. Jake and Richard made the whole experience so much easier and far less intimidating. Jake has been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning, working around my work schedule to arrange a meeting with Richard. He has also been fantastic at finding properties that match what I'm looking for, and thanks to his help I have my very first viewing this weekend. Richard was equally fantastic during our meeting. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put my mind at ease. I can't thank them enough for making my first experience as a future buyer such a positive one.

Just what has happened to Customer Service? Whilst looking for a cash purchase I emailed to ask a question. I received a response the next day advising they had tried to contact me but were unsuccessful. I am left wondering how they tried to contact me as I am lying in hospital and do not have one missed call I emailed back explaining I just wanted another photo or a description of the back yard ......and nothing Sorry Jada.....we went with an agent that looks after customers and deserves the commission

Scammers! Valued our home at £210,000-£230,000 when we were looking to sell. However, we chose to go for a different seller due to the high fees. This company was then chosen to value our property independently when we looked to part exchange with a new build developer 1 month later and they valued it at £190,000. It’s giving salty for us not choosing them to sell our home. Very unprofessional arrived 30 minutes late to the valuation, another reason why we chose not to go with them.

GoogleI had a brilliant viewing on Tuesday with Hollie from Darlows. Although the property was not to my taste, the experience and friendly service I received from Hollie was excellent. Shes smart, beautiful, intelligent and attentive. The drive was well worth seeing and experiencing Hollie, I've had a lot of experience with estates agents and Hollie is the best.
