Although the initial person I dealt with (Rhys)was good after about 3 weeks communication went downhill fast, over the next several months I was the person chasing info as the weekly automatic report didn’t tell me anything useful. On the final time I spoke with them I was promised a response within 48 hours but yet again nothing. I waited until I was out of contract and moved estate agents, it’s stressful enough selling or buying properties but there job which you pay thousands for should be to make it less stressful.

GoogleAlthough we had some difficulty with the Lettings Hub, the external referencing company Darlows use, our experience with Darlows Albany Road themselves was very positive, especially with our main point of contact Aleesha. Aleesha is great! She's really friendly, personable and always did everything possible to help us through the process of getting in to our new rental home. We also dealt with Chris in the office who was very friendly and helpful and so far, Jake, our property manager has been really on it with our queries. Thanks guys!

GoogleI have to say that the property management team at Darlows are excellent. They have looked after our property for almost two years now and it has been hassle free throughout. Lily has been amazing, she has sorced contractors for required work in the garden and with a leaking gutter. She has also resolved an issue with payment for said work and completed the renewal of tenancy. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and they have been nothing but professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleTim Davies at Darlows Llanishen has made the selling of my property a stress free process. He is knowledgeable about the market, and the area. I had the added complication of having to go through probate, which Tim sorted out, assuring me he was glad to help. Communication is excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend Tim and Llanishen Darlows.

GoogleHollie came out to give a valuation on my property. She was prompt and and on time. Took the time to sit me down and explain everything with me and also left a pack so i could refer to it. View the property and provided me with a vebal valuation which was followed up with an email. The valuation was good and fell in line with other valuations I had.

GooglePut house on the market with Darlows - had other estate agents to come as well but went with Darlows Pontypridd, whilst they are not the cheapest agent in my area they seem to have the most Sold signs and Hollie from Pontypridd branch came to the house, she is so enthusiastic and bubbly and had all the facts and figures and came so prepared - even though we were not 100 per cent committed to selling at that point she explained everything and was so patient, not rushing at all she left us with all the information in a lovely presentation file. We decided a few days later that we were going to sell and obviously called Hollie to book in photos, she came the same day to get us on the market within 24 hours - took great photos too, really pleased with everything so far - now they just need to sell it for us but we have had a good start and communication has been very good 😊
