From the initial valuation and problems with the deeds being dealt with by Rhys, viewings being arranged by Chloe and Bethan, to recieving 3 offers. Emma has kept us up to date and clearly informed at every step of the process. She advised us on various aspects of the process, and used her extensive industry knowledge to guide us on the right way to go. Everyone we have dealt with at the Rumney branch has been friendly and knowledgeable, and has maximised our sales potential. GoogleLouise was lovely, she was friendly and professional. She stepped in at short notice to do a valuation when her colleague who was booked to visit had to take sick leave. She arrived on time and despite having little time to prepare had acquainted herself with the history of the house and the surrounding area. She also provided an email valuation within hours of the visit as it was needed for a legal deadline. Excellent service.

GoogleHaving had bad experiences with other estate agents, Emma at Darlows was a breath of fresh air. Had we not come across Emma I have no doubt we’d still be searching for our first home. Emma was brilliant. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent and her commitment to helping us find the right property was evident from the start. Emma was constantly keeping us informed about new properties coming on the market, because of this we felt supported when working with her, something that we lacked when working with other estate agents. I cannot recommend Emma enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleI had a very wholesome and amazing experience with Darlows in the process of finding a house for me. Emma answered my initial call, took down my details and found out what exactly was important to me when looking for a house. She noted all my preferences did a search of all the properties they had on the market that matched my specific requirements. Whenever a certain house I liked didn't match my requirements, she didn't fail to point that out. It wasn't just about Emma getting the sale, she was more concerned about making sure which ever house I found I was fully happy with and covered all my requirements from all angles. She was very clear in her communication, easy to reach, very friendly and polite in demeanour and an amazing agent all in all. I would highly recommend Darlow's for any house purchases and if you go, don't forget to ask for Emma. Thanks again.
