GoogleI had a really tough sale, the process dragged on for months longer than it should have. My conveyancer felt distant, getting some answers out of them was like getting blood from a stone. I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for Jackie Morgan, she looked after me from the Darlows side of things. She was incredibly quick to respond to my emails, actually answered questions and kept me in the loop.

GoogleAbsolutely awful!!! I have had a terrible experience with this office, exceptionally rude and unprofessional and I would wish no one else to have to go through this. I would highly recommend you use a different estate estate to save yourself time, money and a lot of stress!

GoogleRefuse to let you out of your contract with them even after their service has been extremely poor. Lock you in with no option to terminate and then provide terrible service. Unfair terms and poor service. Do not use

GoogleExceptionally incompetent, very poor communication and very rude - I would recommend anyone to use a different estate agent! A very disappointing experience. I have had much better experiences with other estate agents.

GoogleStaff have very poor communication skills. It was very hard to get hold of anyone who knew what was going on with my property purchase at all. I was told wrong information by staff, and always had to chase for updates. It was an exceptionally disappointing experience. I just wanted simple updates and for someone to know what the status was - I was disappointed.

From start to finish, the whole process was handled with real professionalism. The marketing was excellent, the photographs were so good I genuinely felt like booking a viewing of my own house! They showcased the property beautifully and clearly know how to present a home to attract buyers quickly. Communication throughout was also outstanding. GoogleI should say I never met an Estate agent like Emma , she was very honest about the property and all the details she gave was so convincing . she really cared about our needs and understood what we wanted As we are new to this country and did not know much about the area she was able to give lot of information which took our fears and doubts away , and it made us feel that Area is good and safe . She is very kind , friendly and approachable , we did not feel like she is doing her job alone ,we felt like she values our family and our financial situation. we are in the process of buying a property . She keeps us updated . I should say Darlow Rumney branch is a great company ! Thanks again!!

Although we didn't end up going for the properties, she was extremely detailed during the viewing and gave clear and honest advice. We really valued this especially as first-time buyers!
