GoogleHello, recently I used this branch's service and I want to say that the service that Kellie, the Manager, provided to me and my flatmate was excellent. She show me the flat and replied all my questions properly, without lies or minusinformation, and the process was super fast. Before contact them, I visited other letting agencies and if I do an objetive comparation, I can say that Countrywide North Sales was the best one, mainly in Byron Road. Clyde Property, their competior has a very good service too, but they made some mistakes, as overrating flats and poor costumer service (only one employee). The services and flats that Contryside offered to us were brilliant. I will not comparate Countrywide with other branchs, as for example, in the South Side I visited another ones, as those were totally inferior. Finally, I want to say that in the future I will strongly recomend them to my friends and work colleagues, and I will considere the Estate Department first of all when I will buy a house. GoogleThis weekend, thanks to Countrywide, we were able to complete the move in about two weeks from the viewing.
We came to University of Strathclyde from Tokyo for a year on my husband's sabbatical.
We were looking for a comfortable flat.
Ami, who was in charge of us who had difficulty speaking English,She was so very kind, generous, and so quick to respond,which we really appreciate.
She was very helpful in responding meticulously to those of us who were unfamiliar with the British tenant rules and living environment.
On the day of the move, we were at a loss because we didn't know how to use the hot water system, but after talking to Ami, she dispatched a viewing agent the next day!
(we would also like to thank Suraen, who was in charge of the viewing agent, who listened to us kindly from the viewing.)
We have somehow settled down on the foundations of our lives, and my husband is finally able to concentrate on his research.
We would definitely recommend Countrywide to our next professor.

After notice from existing tenants she was very quick with advertising and collaborating with existing tenants for arranging viewing during notice period. GoogleI would like to edit my review. My husband and I found our home with the Countrywide North and they have been helpful in the process of finding our home. However, I am not satisfied at all with their property management and maintenance services. We have a maintenance problem at home for 1,5 month now, and whenever I call the Property Management to speed up the process, they give vague answers and neglect the process. It takes at least 3 weeks for them to respond a property enquiry by email even if it is urgent.

GoogleGetting started was great really helpful at the beginning and getting on the market.
Negotiation team either does not communicate with you unless you chase and I don't believe they are doing what they are promising.
Multiple missed comments and emails and telephone manners are almost non existent with some.
I will not be using their services again which is a shame as the person doing the ground work to get the business is very good but the rest of his team let him down badly.

Google- Terrible communication with tennants unless they do something illegal and need to cover their own backs.
- Terrible communication of tennant needs between staff.
- Poor staff training.
- Poorly cleaned and maintained flats.
Countrywide have earned their terrible reputation, don't choose them unless you have no other choice.

I was really impressed with the check out process, everyone was very responsive to the emails, and were really fair to us tenants even though we weren't present during the checkout inspection. This is by far the best letting agency I've encountered in the UK.

GoogleTerrible experience, recommend selling with any alternative agency for better rates, better service and surveyors who will actually do their job properly. Still in a 3 month headache with this office for a sale which another agency started and wrapped up all within 3 weeks - ridiculous waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
