GoogleCountrywide West End has managed my rental property for many years and they are always great to work with when remarketing between tenancies - once again, this was the case recently. Their knowledge of the West End lettings market is always right up to date so the advice provided, whether on the anticipated level of rent or what needs done to the property before getting it back on the market, is always spot on. GoogleAs a first timer in the UK, I felt cheated after getting a house with Countrywide. Right from renting till ending the tenancy and deposit release the service was pathetic. I am from a customer service background myself and this is definitely not what I will give to clients. Totally wasted my time and money. Try to avoid this agency to keep your peace of mind.

GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Gavin and on to the sales team the sale of our house could not went smoother. At the outset Gavin gave us an estimate of sale price and a top end possible sale and to our delight the resulting sale exceeded the top end price. It is worth mentioning that we expected the property to be on the market for months but sold in six weeks. I would, without hesitation, recommend Coutrywide , Byres Road to anyone intending to sell their property in north Glasgow. A big thanks to all the team.

Throughout the process of finding tenants, gave instant information on prospective tenants and offers after viewing.

GoogleI have been using Slater Hogg in East Kilbride from our first let a long time ago. Their level of service has been consistently good and, importantly, the standard of tenant has been exceptional due to careful vetting. My East Kilbride property requires a new tenant now and I didn't hesitate to go directly to Slater Hogg.

GoogleTitle: Disappointing Experience with Countrywide Property I am compelled to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with Countrywide Property. From the outset, communication has been abysmal. There was a severe lack of transparency and responsiveness, making the entire tenancy a frustrating ordeal. On the day we moved in, a hazardous floor situation arose, resulting in my partner falling through, and ended up in A&E. We had to move to alternative accommodation for weeks and eventually had to move into a hotel (which we are still waiting in money back from!!) - this demonstrates a disregard for tenant well-being. The combination of poor communication and the undue financial burden placed on us has left a lasting negative impression. Potential renters, be cautious and consider alternatives before engaging with Countrywide Property.
