I received Perfect advice (on all sales aspects), with great comms (phone and e-mail) throughout and all within a (my) targeted short sale window. In addition, Mollie was a great sales negotiator, I received the sale price that I was looking for on third offer and my property sold very quickly. One very satisfied customer. GoogleExcellent experience with a friendly and approachable staff. From the initial visit where Audrey had prepared a package showing the sales or a similar nature they had achieved. The staff in the office kept up to speed with everything. From being on market till closing date was quicker than we imagined possible. A stressful situation made easy by attentive and professional service

Jamie and Kellie's communication throughout the whole renting process has been amazing. They went above and beyond in getting everything sorted for me to move in on the day of my choosing. GoogleThe team at Countrywide Kirkintilloch were fantastic from start to finish. Andrew came to our house to do a valuation and he was very friendly and knowledgable - he was also spot on with the home report value and what the house could achieve. Both Kirstin and Lesley were so lovely and helpful and always at the end of the phone for any questions, they got viewings booked really quickly and they kept us well informed. Raymond was great with showing everyone around as we couldn't do the viewings ourselves so that was a great help. We would highly recommend them to everyone!! - Chelsea and Dan

GoogleAbsolutely first class service. We had a few blips along the way with an offer falling through and so we moved to Countrywide. From beginning to end the service from them was super efficient. They had a vision for how to sell the property and get an offer that worked for us. They absolutely delivered and we got a huge volume of support from Nicole and the team. They weren't the cheapest of the estate agents we spoke to but I honestly believe that the other agencies would not have got quite the return that we managed. So it paid for itself.
