GoogleMy experience with Countrywide have been outstanding. I was really nervous about the selling/buying process but knew i needed somewhere bigger and had to sell. Nina came and gave me a valuation and put my mind at ease straight away. She wasn’t pushy or pushing for me to sell. She gave me the few days i needed to think about what i wanted to do. Once i decided to sell, the home report and photos were done a few days later. Once the photos were done, the ad was online the same day within an hour and i had my first viewing booked in within 20 mins. Nina, Laura, Nicole and Patricia have been great keeping me updated along the way from start to finish. i couldn’t recommend Countrywide enough. Fantastic staff and even better service

GoogleAfter weeks of flat searching I got a next day flat viewing at my now new home! A lovely gentleman called Suream let us into the property and was very knowledgable about everything in the flat as well as the flat history! Robyn phoned me straight after my viewing to see whether I was interested. She quickly and efficiently ran through all of my questions to note my interest. Robyn contacted the landlord straight away and within an hour I was told the landlord wanted to put my through referencing. I was passed on to Anna who was AMAZING! Very quick responses, so friendly and all documents / introductions were very clear which made the process so smooth. I went and collected my keys from Anna and got started on my moving journey. The whole process was handled with ease.We initially used them for a valuation of the property . Unlike other estate agents we contacted that then frequently contacted us to ask if we had made a decision to sell or not , countrywide gave us time and space until we were ready to proceed .
