GoogleHaving bought my house through them 2 years ago, My mortgage is due and so I needed a valuation of the property to get a more updated price on it. I called them two weeks ago to arrange a time and date suitable for us both to get it done, only to be told the night before the date it wasn’t worth their time as I was not interested in selling the property, only getting a valuation for a new mortgage. I said Fine and left it at that thinking about other estate agents and options. A couple of days later I recieved a call from them Apologising for the cancellation and did I wish to rebook again.
I mentioned my concerns about the last cancellation and the Adviser was very sorry and said “No it will go ahead, we will send you an email to confirm. Well, I never received an email
confirming the appointment, so the day before I called again to confirm it was going ahead. “Yes I can see it in the diary”, I will get the assessor to call you when he comes back in”.
Well again, I never got that call, so I left work early to make the appointment agreed with th at my house, only to be let down yet again and no one show. I will be calling them tomorrow to also complain to the manager, but don’t hold much hope.

GoogleThe worst of worst communication Iaps I have ever seen. I have recently moved out from one of the properties managed by countrywide. At the end of tenancy, I’ve completely taken care of Cleaning myself by booking a private cleaners and have steam cleaned the carpet and give the property as it is when it was handed over to me. But the property management team have charged my total deposit for Cleaning. The provider me with an initial report after end of the tenancy Which states the property is clean and there is no need of any further cleaning. But all of a sudden, they’re saying that Properties is not clean and they’re charging me my entire deposit to clean the house. They’re completely robbing the tenants. They are providing me the quotes For Cleaning without any company name or a cleaner name on it, which clearly says they’re robbing the tenants. Never trust countrywide. Never in your life, trust countrywide.
