GoogleI recently viewed a few properties with Countrywide Lettings and ended up applying for all of them as they were amazing, and finally got one property from among those. The Letting agent Suraen who showed me the properties was an extremely kind gentleman, who helped me with all my questions, even when I called him out of hours. Finally, Chrissie helped me move into the property and was kind to answer all mu queries as well. Overall, I recommend Countrywide Lettings Glasgow to everyone looking for a property here.

GoogleThey were very prompt and helpful before i moved in- helped with the process. However, once collecting the keys i have barely heard from them. Multiple emails ignored, i have been given no person to contact regarding my flat and questions i may have, other than maintenance. In general, just wish the moving in process was a lot more informative and helpful, can't say im happy with them the agency that respect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice and support throughout the whole process. The process was made very easy and straightforward, with the staff always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very flexible with viewings, which was very helpful.

GoogleI recently sold my mum's house with the Countrywide Dennistoun team and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. This was my first ever house sale and I live in England so needed extra support and guidance. Stuart, Paula, Denise and Lucy were superb at patiently and carefully guiding me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. All my calls and e-mails were speedily returned, communications were outstanding. From the moment I met Stuart I knew I was in professional, competent, experienced and very good hands, indeed he went considerably more than the extra mile for us. I am both hugely impressed and extremely grateful.

GoogleThe team were incredibly helpful, always a quick call a way, sometimes advice was difficult to get from the lawyer but the agents at the Kirkintilloch office were outstanding and were on hand for any questions. Their response time for calls was incredible, if I didn't get them on my first ring I was called back almost immediately. They have been a wealth of knowledge and have honestly made what is a very stressful time so much easier.

GoogleExcellent team with loads of experience and great support. We reserved a new build property and was under pressure selling our existing flat in Shawlands. But Countrywide team helped us really well with the entire process. The process started with Graeme McInnes helping us with the initial market research on pricing and comparable homes in the area. He helped us determine the best price for our home. Then the valuation was done and pictures were taken. Before placing the property in market, Stephanie Woods , the sales consultant requested us to review the ad content, pictures and video. This was really good as we were being informed and involved in the entire process. The best thing about countrywide is the existing client's database they have. Once the property is live in the market, the entire sales team Chanice Ray, Stephanie Woods, Lisa Carline and Aimee MacPhail helped us really quick with viewing appointments. Specially Stephanie helped us analyse the market and chose the best offer. We sold our property now and really happy with the price we got. Thanks once again for the entire team , definitely recommended.

All the staff are highly approachable and friendly and show a genuine interest in the progress of the viewings etc. They put a lot of effort into their clients interests and are happy to address any queries.
