We instructed CHOICES to sell our property in a multi-agent capacity after we weren't happy with the progress we'd seen with another local estate agent. I was desperately in need to find a new accomodations and had a viewing with Xavier. After speaking on the phone with him he asked me what kind of place I was looking for, then found 2 other places for me to see in the next few hours, and the next place we saw all three. And I ended up taking one of the viewings I saw with him.
