Google2 strikes and your out! Firstly I had a email from choices for a rental property, which stated £1100 in the email listing, I click on the link and they slapped another £150 on the listing now stating £1250? We had arranged a viewing of another rental property with them, booked in, I called 2 hours before to double check, all is OK apparently, we arrive for our 320 viewing only to find the agent is running so far behind there's still 2 other couples ahead of us waiting. Choices could have called to advise, very unprofessional.

He was always on the lookout for us, sent us to several potential homes that suited our brief, gave us honest feedback and was constant throughout. GoogleThe most negligent estate agents I have come across. The staff in the Sutton branch do not communicate with each other, are unprofessional and make constant mistakes at the tenants’ expense. Irresponsible property management leading to unsafe properties. Careless checks when working with landlords and approving other tenants. Wrongly advertised properties which are overpriced.

GoogleGrace was our main point of contact who was incredibly helpful. Moving house can be a stress full time my previous experience with Landlords and estate agents is not a good one. But I am happy to say we don't have this experience with Grace. Grace was not only fast to reply but is 100% trying to make sure we are happy in our new home, she goes the extra mile to understand the situation and apply empathy. Her reply to emails are fast and well considered, she has never dodged a call or avoided contact. Honestly Grace should do a workshop on customer experience with a lot of other London estate agents. We also had the pleasure of working with Phoebe in Grace's absence - we didn't have much contact with Phoebe but Phoebe is always professional and works fast/ effectively

GoogleDue to circumstances beyond my control I was forced to find a new home with only days left on my existing tenancy. Celine at Choices was an absolute star. Somehow she managed to find me a property, get me through referencing, inventory and all paid up in 24 hours! And all during COVID-19. Choices were professional throughout and nothing was too much for them, I was kept constantly informed with updates. GoogleI definitely don’t recommend this place! Worse service ever. After leaving the property (that was in bad and not clean conditions when I came into) they asked me to paid for something that was broken in first place. Shameless!!!!

GoogleI met Celine Smith at the Choices office in Crawley and she made the house search a stress free one for me from day one. She listened and made sure I got what I wanted at a very reasonable price. She made everything easy and also made sure I moved in the same date I wanted despite the short time frame I gave them. I am indeed impressed! Thanks to everyone at Choices for meeting my housing needs at the time I needed it most. - Olayinka

GoogleThe worst agent I’ve ever seen. Stay away from them. Very bad customer service. Very bad in management. Asked them more than 10 times to fix things up, not respond to emails and never picked up my calls.

GoogleI writing this review in shock. One star was because it was mandatory to write my comment as I would not have left any star rating. I have just had my baby woken up by someone from Choices touting for business whilst seeing a For Sale board outside my house. We have instructed another agent to sell our house and did not request help or this intrusion. I called the office and the lady was asking me lots of questions to get any details from me regarding my sale. Beyond rude and not a professional way to introduce your business.

GoogleDiabolical estate agents AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We have just given our notice. The reason we are leaving is that your company has failed to complete a single repair despite us notifying you on numerous occasions over the past 6 months, some of which should have been completed on H&S grounds prior to us being given the keys. We have had no working light in the bathroom since moving in which is obviously very dangerous as bathrooms can be slippy. We have had no consistent hot water in the property since moving in which again we have notified you of on numerous occasions and you have not acted to remedy the problem meaning all through winter we couldn't even get a hot bath. We have had a leak on the boiler since we moved in which we again notified you of and no action has been taken, I have had to empty full buckets of water out every week or so. We did not receive a copy of the inventory again which we have advised you of on numerous occasions and still haven't received it 6 months down the line. A week or so ago you instructed an agent from "no letting go" to visit the property which I agreed to and made an appointment for their representative to attend, nobody showed up and left me in the house waiting for them to attend completely wasting a day of my annual leave. I have avoided inviting my parents and friends around to the property to visit because of its condition and the awful stains on the ceiling and carpets which we were advised would be rectified on viewing the property. It is not fair in the slightest to leave tenants in an unsafe property like this for this length of time, the amount of rent we have paid you over the term we have lived here does not reflect that of a property in this condition. I believe that we have given you plenty of opportunity to rectify the issues and complete the repairs and you havent bothered to instigate the repairs. Will be seeking legal advice on the matter.

I have recently moved to a new place, and she was hugely helpful in helping me with the process of checking out, actioning all of my requests almost immediately, and alleviating any concerns I had. Hannah has been very friendly and helpful in all of my communications with her.
