GoogleExtremely bad state agent, they only good at charging the customer.
I have two flats to take care off by Redhill team, one of them the tenants walked out without exit check out, the flat was received in a very bad conditions and had to pay most of the few months gained rent to fix the flat.
The second flat the tenant did not pay for 3 months and the agency did nothing except when I tried my self to arrange for the rent payment they charged 12% fees, in advance for doing nothing to the owner.
Expensive, dishonest, careless agent, I don’t recommend it

GoogleWe used Choices to find tanant for us. It went well until after they found us one. Issue 1 - tanant paid 6 months in full but they only pay that rent to us monthly. Have sent a few emails all came back with no answer. Issue 2 - Now dicovered there is a "discounted rent" taken from monthly rent which was never discussed or agreed. I cannot trust this agency no more and will get to the bottom of all issues. AVOID.

Firstly I had a email from choices for a rental property, which stated £1100 in the email listing, I click on the link and they slapped another £150 on the listing now stating £1250?
We had arranged a viewing of another rental property with them, booked in, I called 2 hours before to double check, all is OK apparently, we arrive for our 320 viewing only to find the agent is running so far behind there's still 2 other couples ahead of us waiting.
