GoogleMy main point of contact has been Christina Stracey who helped me rent out my property. She is responsive, quick, efficient and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Christina and her team have been very supportive and helpful, which is very much appreciated.

GoogleI have had a great experience with Choices, especially with Curtis from their team. Curtis has been very proactive throughout the entire buying process and he was instrumental in the timely completion of the process. He in fact went out of his way to support the seller on a lot of documentation, whenever it was required, even though it wasn't part of his job. I will look forward to working with Choices again

GoogleOne of the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. Nicola MacDonald on the sales progression team is quite simply fantastic. Her communication skills are exemplary. She replied to emails quickly, dealt with problems effectively and was the linchpin for the entire chain. I cannot rate her services highly enough.

GoogleI would just like to say, I had an excellent experience using Choices. Not only did they sell our house for more than we ever expected, the staff are excellent. I would also like to mention Stefan as he looked after us from beginning to end and went out of his way on numerous occasions to help us. He even took some rubbish to the tip for us before completion because we couldn't get back to the house..

GoogleVery poor customer service would not recommend at all. Fine all time everything's going well but get a problem and they dont want to know. Dont return calls dont reply to emails they just totally lost interest. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere for your selling agent theres loads of others out there.

GoogleI've been shopping for my materials at choices for over ten years. Yusuf and his team are truly super.They rarely don't have what I go in for. Well stocked and always serve with a smile. Prices are reasonable too.

GoogleThey helped me find a good house to rent and the referencing was very fast. Staff are helpful and responsive, especially Amy who is a lovely and polite girl, responding to all my enquiries and emails instantly and patiently. Thanks Choices teams!

GoogleChoices Redhill - Rude aggressive service. Always late with rent payment , always have an excuse . Still waiting on my rent from December 2021 to hit my account- 16 weeks of avoiding my final payment and bill . This will land up going to small claims court in the end . Will never use again . You have a choice - avoid

GoogleNever reply to my messages, report late problems with property, would not recommend from a landlord's point of view or indeed from a tenant's. Email, upon email unanswered. When I call rarely someone picks up and when they do told someone will come back to me.
