GoogleGabriella has been amazing from start to finish. I never thought selling our flat would of been not only stress free but as quick as it was! They made everything painless and we're always so happy to help whenever I rung. I never had any issues trying to contact them and feel I made the best choice when choosing an estate agent

GoogleIf I could give Zero I would! Completely avoid Choices at all costs! Awful.

GoogleBig thanks to Dan for getting our house purchase through, and also Nicola who was a big help in the exchange process as well. Didn't get the usual pushiness from Estate Agents and felt as though they were working to ensure all parties were happy throughout the process. 10/10 for Communication and reaponsiveness. All in all they did a great job and we're very happy with our new home!

It was a nervous time for us but Dan and Gabby made us feel we were in safe hands. They were honest and knew the market and area well. GoogleWe bought a property through Choices and couldn't have had better service. We had Curtis assisting us and we were so pleased with how he dealt with our case. We also dealt with Nicola who was very helpful and ensured we were informed and updated throughout. As first time buyers it was a bit daunting and we didn't know what to expect, but Choices made sure it went smoothly and we knew what was going on every step of the way. GoogleThey just let themselves in to satisfy their own curiousity? Caught twice now, cctv captured!
As a business we only enter a tenants home for a legitimate reason and having given appropriate notice. However, we cannot find that you are a customer of ours. If you forward details of your complaint to our customer services team we will investigate and take appropriate action if it is found that any of our staff has acted incorrectly

GoogleHello, unfortunately the service and communication was very unprofessional from a lady called Raimonda who works at the Redhill office. She was rude, aggressive, and lack of transparency and communication to questions I had asked were unprofessional. I have asked for someone in management to contact me to discuss so will update results once I get a call back

GoogleOver the last 2 years I have found this company to be inefficient. Rent has been paid late on numerous occasions even when the tenantshave paidon time. Information has not always been given to me about my property ie, mid term inspections. Problems have not been resolved quickly and generally a poor service.

GoogleDaniel Norris from Choices Estate Agents was the agent for a house I purchased in Croydon in spring 2022. Dan and the company were really helpful throughout the process - answering any questions I had promptly, facilitating surveys, and helping move things along during the negotiations and conveyancing. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions about the process, and Dan was always happy to help from the viewing stage right through to completion, which went smoothly and took less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Dan and Choices, and would have no hesitancy using their services if I choose to sell the property in future.

GoogleMy mum has a house that has been under full maintenance with Choices. They have ignored reports from the tenants about problems and have sent the most awful repair people to fix problems. In particular a repair company called TOUCAN. Their work was so bad most of it needs redoing. Would definitely not recommend them

GoogleCompleted on the sale of our flat today. Dan (Croydon Branch) really helpful throughout - always contactable and supportive. Nicola MacDonald (Redhill - sales progression). Very helpful and took time to explain some of the jargon. Dan recommended the solicitors AVRillo, who were great also and very reasonably priced. 5 Star service throughout.
