GoogleI've been with Choices for 2 years and have not been happy with the service of not just the Redhill team, but of the finance department and the organization as a whole. I have not had the best tenants, which is NOT the fault of choices, but where I needed them to act and keep me informed and updated they failed to do so. I find myself constantly having to chase them to understand what is happening. On SEVERAL occasions rent that has been paid to the finance department takes days if not weeks to get into my account. The tenants have now moved out and we have had to go through TDS to get the deposit back, which we were awarded. It has been confirmed that TDS have passed it on to Choices, but one week later, I am still waiting for it to get to my account, without an explanation of why it takes so long. I am now managing my property myself, as I feel choices were just not efficient enough.

I am sorry to see you have been unhappy with any service provided. Unfortunately, when notice was given to the tenants they were unable to find a new property and therefore we did start the eviction for you, although the tenant did find a new property to move into eventually.
