GoogleI recently sold my house via the South Croydon Branch and Dan Skegg was the sales manager, he was brilliant and did a really good job right from the start, from getting us to use Choices as our reps and right up until the end. Unfortunately, he was on leave at the time of completion so I didn’t get to see him when I popped into the office to drop off the keys as I wanted to say a big thank you to him for been so patient, informative and such a pleasure to speak to all the time. All went beautifully well in his absence at in later stage which goes to show that the rest of his team involved are just as brilliant. They also were great throughout the whole process especially Dan Norris and Kav who were excellent during the multiple viewings. Well done Dan Skegg for putting me at ease whenever I anxiously called for updates and for leading such a fantastic little team.

GoogleAlthough we found the concept of the buyer's comission a little odd at first, ultimately it didn't affect the buying process and we were happy with how things proceeded. The team was very helpful in helping to move things along when the solicitors were being a bit slow, and helped us to arrange for some work do be done by the seller before we moved in, which saved us some headaches.
