GoogleAwful service avoid yourself a lot of stress I am a property owner and have used a lot of letting agents over the years just use someone else these guys will say all kinds of stories to get your business then when you need them to sort out something out then all of a sudden they come up with excuses I certainly wont be using these cowboys ever again. Watch this space I will update

GooglePoor service. Tenants are allowed to skip rent payments, without any consequences. However, Choices keeps on billing hefty fees. Requests for accounting takes months to be addressed, and the documentation is barely understandable. Avoid them if you can !

I am sorry if you are dissatisfied, fees are only charged on rent received, the team contact all tenants directly with regards to outstanding rent, if you can email me directly i will look into yout property and complaint. karengunner@choices.co.uk

GoogleMy apartment is managed by Choices and Vicky Hall is my portfolio manager for last 1.5 year. Vicky was patient enough to listen the maintenance related issues of the apartment and take corrective actions quickly. Sometimes due to their vendor side delay, actual work got delayed, But Vicky maintained a continuous communication to keep myself updated on the progress.

GoogleChoices has managed my buy to let property brilliantly. I did an ARO which allowed me to refurbish my new home and I always feel my property and I are in safe hands. Amy Francis in particular has been a very helpful property manger. Thank you!

GoogleThis is the 3rd year that Choices have been managing my rental property and I am very happy with their performance & professionalism. Amy Francis and her team are always super responsive and helpful, and make every effort to get everything right for both the tenants and myself. Choices handle all my checkin’s & check out’s so well. I am so glad I found Choices Letting Agents. I cannot say enough about Choices! Great service and thank you. If it continues like this I will be one happy landlord.I would not hesitate in recommending Choices to any landlord looking for a managing agent.

GoogleChoices agents are pushy and aggressive. We are currently going through the report process (even had to involve police) for a recent incident regarding sales agents that want to conduct weekly unsolicited viewings for a house we still have over 4 months of tenancy left in.

GoogleMy husband and I found a house to buy through Choices. Unfortunately because the house was in a chain and the chain has fallen through twice (none of this Choices fault) we have had to pull out too but we were so so impressed with Nicola, so professional yet friendly and understanding. She walked with us through all this process and she did literally everything in her power to help us. I know they say that estate agents care in general for their seller rather than the buyers but Nicola is definitely not that kind of person. We are gutted that we couldn’t complete the purchase with them but absolutely pleased with our experience with Nicola. We couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much and we wish you all the best - maybe our paths will cross again one day

GoogleExcellent estate agents, been in a rented property for nearly a year with them now and we have had absolutely no problems. Any issues with the property (not very many) were all dealt with immediately and the tradesmen used were really top level, I should know, I was in the building trade. Thanks to Vicky Hall too, she’s brilliant.
