I am extremely devastated with this company they took holding deposit of me ever since have been sending me on a merry go round they seem to have no intention of giving me my money back it has been over 3 weeks. When I spoke to them the said they owe landlords over £10,000 so my money was nothing to compare please be aware of this company they are a rip of and I will be reporting them to fraud prevention. My only hope is no one has to go through what I am going through with this company.

I bought a new build a couple of years ago, which continued to be used by the developer as a show home. Once they finished with it I wanted to get it rented out asap. George found me a tenant very quickly, however quite a lot of missing paperwork from the developer was needed. George chased all of this up for me, and arranged various appointments and inspections of the house that had to be done before the tenant moved in. All sorted very quickly!!
