GoogleIf you are looking for an agency to make you loose money on your investment then I highly recommend Choices. They are great at not doing what has been agreed. Putting tenants in your property that run it down and not pay rent then take a year to process the deposit return. Absolutely shocking.

GoogleWe used Choices to find tanant for us. It went well until after they found us one. Issue 1 - tanant paid 6 months in full but they only pay that rent to us monthly. Have sent a few emails all came back with no answer. Issue 2 - Now dicovered there is a "discounted rent" taken from monthly rent which was never discussed or agreed. I cannot trust this agency no more and will get to the bottom of all issues. AVOID.

GoogleI must recommend Choices. My experience of selling my first house was extremely professional with them. Especially when Gabriella started calling to finalise the deal. She is expert in closing the deal and we give her 5 stars in all aspects. We used multiple agents to sell our house and found Choices Sutton branch the winner. Matchless!

GoogleTent for 11years finally moved out, trying to get full deposit back, now being penalised for missed inspections in 2011 !! Never missed inspections in duration of tenancy, just after keeping your money, the issue lies with Choices accounting department and not a reflection on the sutton staff. I am not willing to change the above statement as this is true reflection on what's happened. We have been help throughout by Jacqueline and she has been nothing but professional, understanding and has fought for our corner in regards to ludacris claims by the landlord to claim money for items we replaced during our tenancy because he refused to do so. She's has helped us get our full deposit back ( rightfully so) and over the years has tried to get the landlord to take responsibility for his property ( which he never invested in during our tenancy) I think Choices need to vet there landlords better as this has a negative impact on they way they are viewed as they manage the properties. Thank you Jacqueline for you time and effort.

GoogleWe have dealt with Choices Sutton for over 10 years both as landlords and more recently as a property sellers. The service has always been faultless. Christina, Gabriella and Dan (Norris), with whom we had most day to day contact, helped us find the right price level and subsequently managed the sale. This included taking forward issues that we would normally have expected to do ourselves. The service provided was always prompt and reliable thus removing much of the stress one would normally expect during a property sale. Thank you. Simon S and Alison P

GoogleWe cannot recommend Christie Hemmings enough!!! After contacting multiple agents and agencies we never felt like they cared, until we came across Christie. We were very late for our first viewing of a property with her but yet she was still very kind and professional with us. After having a chat with her about what sort of property we were looking for she assured us that she would find something for us. A couple of weeks later Christie called me and I could hear in her voice how excited she was. She told me that she had the perfect property that would suit our exact wants and needs. Needless to say, we fell in love with the property, it was EXACTLY what we were looking for... With this being our first rental in the UK we were overwhelmed with everything and we had a million questions. After multiple phone calls and hundreds of questions Christie remained very friendly, helpful and professional. She has gone over and beyond our expectations and for that we are extremely grateful.

GoogleIt's pretty stressful buying a house, but Nicola from Choices’ sales progression team was great to keep things shimmying along with all parts of the chain, not just the sellers and us. We're so happy to be in before Christmas, we really appreciate everything they did as well as the proactive work from Choices Sutton's office who called us before the house went to market. We love it here, highly recommended!

GoogleI cannot recommend Choices highly enough; they should show others agents how to do it! Having been on the market with my late Aunt's property for over a year with other agents who produced nothing but time-wasters. Nicola came to us with a buyer whose offer we accepted; which resulted in a totally seamless process for selling the property. We felt we were in very good and very professional hands at all times with Nicola; not only is Nicola the most fabulous person to deal with re the sale transactions, she constantly goes the extra mile to help. If an email is sent after hours, Nicola responds immediately the very next morning, keeping communication prompt and efficient. I will buying and selling through Nicola and Choices in future as there is no point going anywhere else.

GoogleAfter talking with this awful company for over two months - you have to chase them to see if you have been able to get a place as once they have you - they simply dont care. Images I have attached are from a property they were happy to sell to us and not give us our holding fee back after being misslead into putting a fee down. They honestly expect people to move in, in this condition and to only be fixed by mould paint. Very rude, yelling at you and also illegally record you. See you in court, all about the money! During COVID they also allowed up to three households in a place without masks - how safe. Don't use them if you want to be abused and robbed, thats all theyre good for.

GoogleWe are an expat family traveling around the world. This year we arrived in the UK at tough times, when the demand for houses outside London has rocketed before the second lockdown. We found a really nice property to rent with Choices. I’d like to highlight professionalism and responsiveness of the staff at Choices. Ben, who was our agent arranged the viewing quickly and helped us to move into our new home within a week. Ben was patient to us when we were calling him several times a day with so many questions and requests. We’re appreciated to the Choices agents that they helped us to negotiate some tenancy agreement terms with our landlord as required by our company.

GoogleExtremely bad state agent, they only good at charging the customer. I have two flats to take care off by Redhill team, one of them the tenants walked out without exit check out, the flat was received in a very bad conditions and had to pay most of the few months gained rent to fix the flat. The second flat the tenant did not pay for 3 months and the agency did nothing except when I tried my self to arrange for the rent payment they charged 12% fees, in advance for doing nothing to the owner. Expensive, dishonest, careless agent, I don’t recommend it
