GoogleThroughout the process Charters have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Bookings have been arranged with a decent amount of notice and feedback was usually provided in less than 1 working day. Following a successful offer on our property 1.5 months into working with Charters, they continued to add value by helping negotiate our chain deal to ensure all buyers in the process were happy. Out of the 3 houses down my road for sale (each with their own estate agent), we have been on the market to shortice and have had an accepted offer the quickest. The rate was fairly competive, although some were cheaper. That being said its easily negated by the fast sale we recieved. 5 Stars.

Subsequently we have purchased through Charters and can not praise the professionalism, attention to detail and care that we have received from Victoria, Mike, Gemma and Rebecca. GoogleI can highly recommend the journey for searching property with Ella in and around Chandlers Ford. She listened to everything that I wanted in respect to the property Ive been looking for and has always been very proactive in assisting with my search. Not one to waste any time Ella is very happy to assist with any enquires I may have and her relationships with the sellers themselves is well established and professional which is evident in her knowledge of the area and each property she is showing. So quick to reply, efficient with everything, and one of the friendliest people I think I've ever met. I first contacted Charters to sell my property because of their reputation of quality service and friendly staff and Victoria personified this reputation perfectly. Of the 6 people who came to view my flat, 5 made offers, showing the quality of their buyers, and we did get asking price for my property. 5 stars!
