GoogleThe team at Charters negotiated a very difficult sales process for us. Without their hard work and patience we would have pulled out of the sale. They were reassuring when they needed to be and we never felt like they were working for one side only. Ellie is a hard worker who went above and beyond at every stage of the process - she learnt how to be a councillor, a builder, a structural engineer, a project manager and in some cases had to get her head around complicated legal proceedings. With a plethora of stakeholders in our sale and purchase, Ellie managed to handle us all with charm and patience. Well done Ellie! I've left 1 star off the rating as I did feel at times there could have been more thorough communication with us but it is a minor point in relation to the positives.

Sarah Bicknell & her colleagues are very friendly & professional in their approach when searching & understanding budget plus the consideration of type of home we were looking for. GoogleI have moved home several times in my life and I can honestly say that the service that I received from Charters at Alresford made this one of the best experiences. They were helpful, swift and obviously knew the local market intimately. Despite putting my property on the market in October, not the best time to sell, I had exchanged contracts by the 28th of November. This was entirely due to the effort by Charters both in the advertising and the negotiation over the sale. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of either selling or buying in the Alresford area. GoogleNever ever use this company they cannot be trusted,we were bidding on a property at the time,we were promised to be contacted ,yet let us hang onto the phone & never did contact us.I located the owner myself only to find it had been sold never ever use them they cannot be trusted!!!!!

It seems that you were a late entry into a 'Best & Final' multiple offer scenario, (you having advised us that you had just lost out in a very similar process elsewhere). All applicants were treated equally and fairly, but unfortunately your proposal was not acceptable to our client. We are sorry that your offer was not accepted on this occasion, however we will be sure to make known to you any similar opportunities in the future.

GoogleI had been looking for a house for over a year. Charters have been fantastic and Nony knew exactly what type of house was for me and contacted me each time one came on sale. I ended up with a new built, and all the sales team has been extraordinary, extremely professional and thorough in everything. Nony, Fiona, Leanne. Concomitantly, I let the flat I was moving out of and the lettings team was and is very reliable. They quickly found a tenant and the whole of Charters, sales and lettings,worked together to make my move smooth. Charters have been incredibly friendly and supportive. The best service ever; I highly recommend them.

However thanks to Charters' efficiency at every stage of the sale, the process has been painless. GoogleI cannot praise Charters highly enough, the whole team were marvellous. Not only did they sell my house quickly, they got a good price for it, they kept me informed of progress, keeping in touch with both the buyers and also both sets of solicitors to keep the process moving. It is very stressful at the best of times, but when you have been in the house a long time (nearly 25 years) it is also painful leaving behind so many memories. Having said that, without the team at Charters I am not sure the sale would have been completed. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleHaving had experience with a few of the more 'Old School' agents in Winchester and indeed Alresford, we were so pleased to have found Charters. An agent that actually seems to want to help you find a property and calls and chases you rather than the other way round! I'm pretty sure the staff there never sleep and must work 7 days a week as they are always on hand! A big THANK YOU to the team. We will not hesitate to recommend you :0)
