GoogleMuch to my surprise, to be honest, i've had a brilliant experience so far with Charters. I've never really enjoyed estate agent contact in the past - i never felt like they knew much or could be bothered to follow up. But, Alex Bulpitt has dramatically changed my views - he has recommended places that I wouldn't have considered and his follow up has been flawless. I've found him to be honest and straight forward - attributes i really appreciate when i'm spending a large amount of money and I'm pressed for time. He's worked late to accommodate viewings and i really feel like he wants to help. I hope Charters management appreciate and recognise his hard work.

GoogleSarah provides an amazingly personal service, a huge difference to other estate agents. She actually hears what you are looking for and treats you as an individual. Not pushy, nice people, I really like this agency and can't recommend them high enough. Seem to get their hands on great properties too, not surprising given their professional approach.

GoogleHenry and Matt from the farnham office have been so helpful with our recent search to buy a new home. They offer a friendly and professional service where nothing feels like its too much trouble. They communicate effectively , keeping you informed all the time. We also have had excellent mortgage advice from Mark who is based at the Farnham office, which was extremely useful in planning the best way forward with finances. Not all estate agents give you good service like these guys do

GoogleAfter previous problems with Charters I was reluctant to contact them but they had a flat I was interested in in central Winchester. Some years ago they turned up late, with the wrong keys for a viewing and then hassled me with information on houses that I had asked them many times not to send. This time they promised not to put me on their mailing list but, of course, have. A phone call yesterday and details of a house emailed today. Even if I’d wanted details sent why would a three bedroom house in Eastleigh interest me when I looked at a flat in central Winchester? Thanks Wendy Mortimer. Out of the blue the Alresford branch sent an unauthorised and unwanted email a few months ago trying to flog me their services. I’d recommend avoiding this bunch.
Dear David, sorry to hear of your frustration. Checking our system it would seem that your mother gave us permission, on 3rd September, to email you regarding an apartment block in Winchester, which you make reference to. When your email address was on the system you were sent something else which matched your price range, hence this coming through as well. I cannot comment on what happened a few years ago about the keys. Your email address has been removed and you will not receive any communication in the future.

GoogleI used Charters to Rent a Flat in Winchester. Kathryn in their Lettings Team was very friendly and a great help in finding me the sort of place I was looking for. If you are looking for somewhere to Rent in Winchester, you cannot go wrong using Charters. They are swift, reliable, and have a good selection of properties to choose from. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with Charters from start to finish. As a property investor I have used other agents in Winchester and in other cities in the UK. Charters without a shadow of doubt have been the best. I have bought and let via charters and use them for property management. Both the sales and lettings team have come up with solutions when things didn't go to plan. The admin team have always been spot on.

GoogleAs a recent university graduate looking to start my professional career, I was in desperate need of a house that would be perfect for my adult life after university. Charters, specifically Kathryn Dyer, in Winchester offered a professional, efficient service that is very fitting for the city it is in. I went into a large portion of estate agents in Winchester looking for a place to rent but the bespoke service offered by charters was unprecedented and filled me with confidence. Now renting through Charters I’m positive that any issue I have will be able to be solved by their team and the relationship I’ve been able to build with members of staff, like Kathryn, means I can continue on my professional career with the peace of mind that my housing is in safe hands. Buying, selling or renting I would feel confident in saying Charters are the best estate agents in Winchester.
